Dr Bill actually seems to really care. He has been my doctor for 16 years I would never switch. Sometimes I'm in there for 20 min, he doesn't rush you at all.

Have seen Dr. Pignanelli since he started in LaSalle and have always loved him. He is a busy guy and appointments are not always easy to book, but he treats his patients like family, is by far the most personable doctor I have ever seen and goes the extra mile to ensure his patients have a positive outsome. His nurse can seem a little grouchy at times, but she has a busy job, so its understandable. Reception staff also a bit rude, but that does not affect my impression of Dr. Pignanelli or the treatment I receive as it applies to my health or my daughters.

His nurse has no social skills very unfriendly and makes you feel like your a bother. Dr Bill very friendly but a man of leisure very poor work ethic and commitment to patients, its hard to get an appointment when your doctor works 2 days a week.

Wait times are long because he doesn't rush. He cares, he listens, and he does what you request. He is always in a good mood and makes you comfortable yet aware of any situation. I trust this man with my life. I respect him and his knowledge. One of the few doctors who truly loves his job and treats you the way he would treat his wife and children.

Aways attentive to needs and if not sure always follows up with specialist if something he can't attend to have been with him since he started practise

Dr. Bill has been my family doctor for years. While the jokes are sometimes unbearable, he truly seems to care. He doesn't belittle your concerns and though he can sometimes be forgetful, he is still great. His nurse Barb is the best. She is always on the ball!

Well I just found out I was pregnant and Dr Bill told me "OH THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU" and gave me a high five! Told me I'll be able to do everything I want and that it will just take me a bit longer, the only thing I didnt like was that he DIDNT TELL ME HOW FAR ALONG I AM! but I'll find out when I get my ultrasound.

I have known Dr. Bill since he began practicing in LaSalle. He is excellent! Always helpful & knowledgeable.He truley cares for his patients. He always takes his time with you, as though you are his only patient for the day!!!The only downfall is the length of time it takes to get an appointment.
