I bring my mother to Dr. Bill and he treats her like his own. He takes time to listen to her, makes her laugh and seems to love what he does. It's good to have a smiling face attend to you even when you are sick.

Didn't care for the jokes. There is a time and a place for that and when you are concerned about a serious issue with your health you don't want a Doctor to joke about it.

Great caring and friendly practioner. Does not treat you like a cattle going through the abatoir but like a human patient. Down to earth and easy to deal with.

Very good and as was said before, once you get to see him. I had to wait 3 weeks once and he's my registered physician.

I have a serious chronic pain condition and have been to numerous physicians. Dr. Bill is one of the few that I trust with my life. He has pushed over and over again for me to see specialists, fought an insurance company on my behalf, and has even called my home to check up on me. He is not afraid to admit "I don't know", unlike many other docs I've been to. And when he doesn't know an answer, Dr. Bill always researches for a better understanding. I will admit that he has been difficult to get an appointment with, but to me, it is worth the wait to see a physician that truly cares. He tries his best to make me smile when I am down, to ease the pain when I am hurting, to lend a shoulder when I need to cry, and to help me focus on all the good things that I have in life. I was living in Toronto when I became ill. Doctors in one of the most advanced hospitals in the province turned their backs to me, but not Dr. Bill. He fights for his patients to get the best possible care.

Dr. Bill is a very patient man. Even though I may have to wait for him occasionally, I don't mind the wait because I know I'm getting great care. If he doesn't understand something going with my health, he finds someone who does. I think he's very helpful and supportive. I wouldn't change doctors for anyone else.

Seems to be in a hurry to get you out of the examination room. Is not very thorough in physical examination - skips ear, mouth, throat and eye inspection. Referrals to specialists are either forgotten or lost - must be prompted to follow through.
