Absolute nicest doctor I've been to in years! Tilbury was packed, but he treated us exceptionally well.

God Bless him. There are no doctors in Chatham Kent and with our doctor abandoning his practise, there are no other choices in the area. We waited in a packed waiting room, but his secretary and himself were so helpful and treated us great.

Just saw Dr. Koutelas at the Tilbury Walk-In Clinic. He is so nice. Listens intently to what you tell him and despite having a full waiting room he didn’t just write me a quick scrip and send me on my way. He took the time to explain things and why he thought they happened, what course of treatment he was recommending, etc. He is a very kind and caring doctor that sets a professional example of what one should expect from someone in the medical profession.

My friends need to wait weeks or months to see their doctor, while Dr. Koutelas sees you the same day or the next. He is the best! Andrea too! Lucky to be in his great care!

Dr Koutelas saved my sons life! I couldn’t get in to see my GP so I took my son to his Essex clinic where he did a full workup on him. The very next day he got a call from the lab and my son had extremely low blood counts. He instructed me to take him to the ER where he would receive a blood transfusion. Not only did he call me right away he called the on call paediatrician and we were in a bed faster than it took to get there. he goes the extra mile for his patients!

I have not had a good experience with Dr. Nikolaos Koutelas!!

I initially saw him about a year ago at his clinic on Dougall Avenue and he said he wasn't taking any new patients then but I could see him at the Roseland After Hours Clinic on Fridays. He also said to check back with him in a few months and he might be able to take me on then.

I saw him a few times at the Roseland Clinic over the next few months, and the last time, I asked him if he could take me on as a patient then? He said he would, and to call his secretary at the Dougall office to confirm, which I did.

During the last month and a half, I have called his office several times to try and get a referral to a urologist for severe and persistent urinary issues I have been suffering from. You always get their voicemail, and I leave a message, and often they don't even call you back. When his secretary did finally call me back, she initially said to have my file faxed over to them, which I did. Two weeks later, she said that I am not a patient of his!! I explained to her that he had accepted me as a patient, face to face, several months earlier.

A DOCTOR'S WORD SHOULD MEAN SOMETHING!! WHEN THEY TELL YOU, FACE TO FACE, THAT THEY ARE GOING TO ACCEPT YOU AS A PATIENT, THEY SHOULD DO IT!! I believe ALL doctors take an oath, upon graduation, to care for their patients to the best of their ability. In my experience, that was severely lacking in this case!!

I cannot say enough positive words to express my experiences with Dr Koutelas. He has been a great during the worst times of my life. Also, Andrea is so helpful and kind.

We have no family doctor in our region. We attended the Tilbury Walk In today. Dr. Koutelas had some kind of family matter today, but still came in to work the afternoon, all the way from Windsor. There must have been 30 people waiting for him. He was quick, but not rushed, very thorough, explained the diagnosis and gave us the correct treatment as we are already felling better! His staff was excellent. What a hidden gem.

Dr. Koutelas and his staff are amazing!!! From being very professional, respectful, caring, and NOT rushing you out the door, like most doctors today. He’s VERY smart and knowledgeable in his field. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will get to the bottom of it no matter what! Anyone under his care is VERY lucky and grateful…..there’s a reason why he’s rated as the #1 Doctor in Windsor.
