Dr. Rudd was the best colonoscopy surgeon I've ever had. I was scheduled for a third colonoscopy for 2020 by Dr. Rudd, but unfortunately he is no longer practising. I had had four previous colonoscopies in Guelph and three of the four were rude, dismissive surgeons and the procedures caused extreme pain. A Toronto doctor told me about the Rudd Clinic. I was conscious through the whole procedure and everything was shown on screen and explained to me professionally. I had to have this seventh procedure since a stool sample showed positive, abnormal results and right before this seventh procedure, I was chastised by the assisting nurse for not having anyone stay with me overnight or phone me. I informed her that I was never told during the six other procedures nor this one that I needed someone to stay with me. Otherwise , I would have hired a nurse for the night. I call this elder abuse which is becoming rampant as I get older. Not all of us have bred caregivers to look after us. Some of us have paid taxes for this free health care system all our lives. Excellent, dedicated doctors like Dr. Rudd seem to be hard to find.

Rudd clinic is dangerous. I was injured severely on a first time visit. Avoid at all cost

Dr Rudd is the kindest sweetest man. He made me feel so comfortable and took away my stress. He is an exceptional human being.
