My family has never experienced a doctor who has given so much care, patience and time to help my dad with his kidney disease. He explains everything very clearly and ensures that all is understood. He spends so much time with us, and I'm sure with all his patients, it may result in him being a little less punctual, but that is ok. We are more than happy to wait a bit longer to know that he will give us his undivided attention and expert advise when it's our turn. We are very grateful that Dr. Nagai is our doctor.

He has a soft spoken voice, but, listens attentively to you. He wants to explain everything & is very very thorough. He makes sure that you, as a patient, understands & has choices. He is very kind & seems very serious at times, but, is a great doctor. Proud he is mine

Outstanding doctor; very caring; takes time to really listen to his patients. Tends to be late but I'm sure its because he's takes as much time as needed with each patient.
