I was lucky enough to be a patient of Dr. Acott and John Crocker from the age of 12 until 18 years old. These two men saved my life more times then I can count. If there were ever two angels walking this earth .. they will always be my favorite ones. Thank you Phil and John ( RIP) for all you did for me . Yesterday was 11 year since my second kidney transplant. I was blessed to have the best looking after me at a very young age and have been defying the odds set against me since. Only because of the love, compassion and hard work they did to keep me alive. Anyone would be lucky to have or have had you look after them .

Absolutely amazing Doctor. Very kind and genuinely cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to His patients. Dr. Acott is one of a kind. We were blessed to have Him as our Daughter's Nephrologist.

I feel so fortunate that my kids have been followed by Dr. Acott since they were babies. He is such a kind person, very open and attentive. He takes a lot of time to fully explain things and is always willing to answer questions. He has a great rapport with kids and adults and I have never felt rushed.

My 15yr old has been a patient of Dr.Acott now for a few yrs (when he travels to Janeway) and by phone..he diagnosed her with beurgers disease a few yrs back and he has been a blessing to us each and every visit! Very thorough and kind!

Dr. Acott is a very professional, caring doctor. My daughter started seeing him in 2020 after having reoccuring kidney stones at the age of 12. He explained why she was getting them, how to treat them and made a plan of action for her to avoid further surgeries . Due to covid, our last appointment was by phone but did not take away from his professionalism. He is a very competent, thorough doctor . I am glad he is my daughter's nephrologist.

Acott was my nephrologist since my diagnosis at 9 years old right up until I aged out. Miss having him as my nephrologist. I'm a very anxious person and I've never been as comfortable around a doctor as I was with him. He is so caring, compassionate and helpful. He will kindly take the time to describe anything. Could not have asked for a better doctor.

Youll never find a doctor more willing to help,show up no matter what time of day it is if your kids admitted hes truly one of of the best ths older doctors are what its all about and they truly love their patients! If your kid is lucky enough to be followed by this man. Their in great hands!
