I am very happy to give Susan 5 stars. She was recommended to me by a friend and has also helped some of my family. Susan is a remarkable therapist who truly wants to help her clients . Its very clear she actually cares and has the skills, experience and qualifications to manifest her care into real solutions and actions. Her office is very comfortable, private and welcoming. The receptionist is very nice, professional and helps if I have to move an appointment or need assistance with my insurance claims. Looking forward to what 2023 brings as I continue my sessions. Thanks for your help and support so far!

Excellent therapist with insight and companion. Susan obviously works hard in between appointments and has always followed up with me with articles or links she feels would be helpful. I have had two other therapists over the years and neither came close to offering me the level of support, solutions, practical exercises and actual progress that Susan has. 5 stars and a big thank you.

Recommended by a family friend. A truly inspirational and engaging therapist. I am achieving more with Susan in a handful of appointments then I have done with any other therapist. After two starts with other Psychotherapists that did not go well I found Susan Reed. Excellent therapist, very comfortable and welcoming office. Her receptionist is super helpful and very kind. Happy to recommend this practice! 5 stars :)

Biography

Counselling Psychology and is a member of the The Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists. She works in full-time private practice, providing cognitive-behavioural therapy to individuals and couples. Susan is a Diplomate in both Psychotherapy and Counseling with the International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy; and a clinical member of the Collage of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Susan also has extensive experience working with Employee Assistance Programs and in Rehabilitation. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship and sexual issues, pain management, and parenting concerns. Susan’s professional style is warm, supportive, and engaging. Her commitment to her clients is to remain current and offer the most effective strategies and interventions possible.
