Love how we used Russia literature - biblio therapy to help me become more aware of alternative perspectives, find a different way to express myself, understand my personality, needs, emotions. All this also provides me with relief from emotional distress and helps manage anxiety and stress better.

Wonderful to talk too, caring and helped me learn, grow and evolve rather than simply dictate my errors, tells me how bad I am and what I have to do ( like other therapists). Can I give 6 stars everywhere??
