Excellent with kids. Have had both my kids looked after by Randal and has always been friendly, understanding and with clear explanations. Has been available at all times before and after surgery to address queries and even months down the tract has been able to be contacted directly by phone or email. Couldn't recommend him more highly enough.

BECAUSE HE PAYS THIS COMPANY $500plus PER YEAR TO PROMOTE HIM. BECAUSE NOONE REVIEWS HIM. THEY CANT. HE HAD THE REVIEWS STOPPED BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW HE WAS THE WORST SURGEON IN AUSTRALIA. BUT EVERYONE KNOWS. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SEE ANYONE BUT HIM!!!

Very friendly and caring doctor and had come highly recommended by mums in my mothers group and also from parents at my kids primary school. Had to wait a while for an appointment and was running a little behind on the initial consultation but Dr Randall really took his time to provide clear and easy to understand explanation of my daughters ear and sleeping issues. Very easy going and explained and answered all my questions. Offered to speak to my partner who couldn't attend the appointment and he called her at later that day and went through everything again. My daughter had an uneventful recovery from surgery and subsequent follow up has been excellent and prompt. Has always been available even after hours and on weekends to address concerns. Excellent doctor and highly recommend him.

Nice man, comes across as highly knowledgeable, but then charged Medicare for appointments we did not attend and even for a surgery that he did not perform!!!
