Clearly explained my sinus condition and recommended an operation. Recovery was uneventful and now I can breathe well and have gone thru last winter and spring time with minimal issues. Delighted with the service and care.

Randal has treated myself and my two kids. He has been wonderful each time and takes time to explain every detail of the problem clearly. My kids felt very comfortable with him and we were able to contact him at anytime after the operations which was really comforting and reassuring. Friendly and knowledgeable- can definitely recommend him!

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing customer service from the beginning of my booking. I had booked my appointment in January this year to be emailed this month seeing if I wanted/needed to cancel, rather then confirming my appointment! The email had outlined that they have an extensive wait list of urgent treatment, like wow, they had absolutely no idea of my situation! Absolutely no sympathy from anyone. Don’t wait your time and money on a professional and their business that doesn’t genuinely care! Read your reviews first!

Excellent with kids. Have had both my kids looked after by Randal and has always been friendly, understanding and with clear explanations. Has been available at all times before and after surgery to address queries and even months down the tract has been able to be contacted directly by phone or email. Couldn't recommend him more highly enough.

Very friendly and caring doctor and had come highly recommended by mums in my mothers group and also from parents at my kids primary school. Had to wait a while for an appointment and was running a little behind on the initial consultation but Dr Randall really took his time to provide clear and easy to understand explanation of my daughters ear and sleeping issues. Very easy going and explained and answered all my questions. Offered to speak to my partner who couldn't attend the appointment and he called her at later that day and went through everything again. My daughter had an uneventful recovery from surgery and subsequent follow up has been excellent and prompt. Has always been available even after hours and on weekends to address concerns. Excellent doctor and highly recommend him.

I have to agree with the last two comments. He came across arrogant and i felt he did not try to understand me as I was explaining an issue i had seen him before with but felt it got worse and a few other symptoms arose in the past year so i wanted to follow it up. During my appointment I was made me feel stupid. I just did not like his attitude towards me. Im paying for a service so I think I will go elsewhere next time.

Stay right away from this doctor. Gives bad advice, performs unnecessary surgery and does it badly (I went through a lot of suffering and expense only to be much worse off), arrogant and dismissive follow-up. My referring GP apologised profusely. STAY AWAY.

I had a negative experience with this Practitioner and found him very arrogant with a toxic personality and poor communication skills. In short, very unprofessional and I feel my medical condition became worst.
