I saw Dr. Michael to get his advice about my tonsils, which felt mildly inflamed almost constantly and also produced a lot of tonsil stones. He was very understanding, clear and informative, and I had a tonsillectomy at Cabrini a few weeks later. I'm in my 40s and I was a bit nervous about having my tonsils out at this stage, but the surgery and the recovery went very well. This was over 2 months ago - I am fully healed now and so happy with the results. Although the surgery was not for a life-threatening condition, I can honestly say having it done has been life changing. My only regret is not having it done years ago. Thank you Dr. Michael.

Dr Michael improved my lifestyle enormously with his treatment for my nose polyps. He is charming, attentive and always answers questions at length. As a 78 YO woman I could not recommend him more highly.

Dr Michael seemingly prefers to be cautious. Easy jobs with less risk was the feeling I got . I believe anything can be achieved as long as the surgeon feels capable. Unfortunately that’s is almost impossible to come across these days .

He was the absolute best surgeon. I am so thankful I went to him. He took on what I wanted, but as the surgeon also knew what was best for me. I couldn't recommend anyone more, he is amazing!!

My experience with Dr Philip Michael was extremely positive. After turbinate and nose surgery, I feel like I have come out of a perpetual fog. With improved breathing, my sleep is back to normal and energy levels allow me to exercise again. I found Philip to be down to earth whilst still being able to keep me fully informed. The fact that he did not have to harvest rib material is a testament to his skill. Thanks Philip, I feel like me again :0)

Dr Philip Michael has exceptional knowledge and was excellent in explaining me the procedure for an septorhinoplasty operation of my airways and nose.
His enthusiasm is very contagious, also I found him highly motivated and he is an excellent ENT surgeon and “person”.
He guided me through the process and everything went as planned.

As i am disabled from getting ran over by a car deliberately, Dr Philip ensured that the surgical team and rehabilitation would be closely monitored.

He is a true gentleman and genius ENT specialist.
I would recommend him highly to any person needing a similar operation in the ENT field.

Michael successfully treated my chronic dripping nose. After several courses of antibiotics with GP's I was referred to him, and his advice & treatment were spot on.
He is quite knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner

Dr Phillip Michael has always been on time, professional & pleasant. He is also wonderful with children. I first saw Dr Michael for a Tonsilloadenoidectomy for my daughter who was almost 3 at the time. He was incredibly kind a patient with her. He took the time to make her feel comfortable & to answer my questions, seemingly having all the time in the world & in no rush at all. He must have done a wonderful job during the procedure because he recovery time was minimal if existent at all. After the initially grogginess wore off my daughter hardly complained.
I am now seeing Dr Michael for my son age 2. Again I couldn’t fault him. If you’re looking for an ENT for your child I highly recommend him. His staff are also wonderful to deal with & Cabrini where he operated from was lovely.

I recently had my septorhinoplasty surgery by Dr Philip Michael to improve my breathing and overall look of my nose. Dr Philip Michael and his staff, in particular Lyn, were amazing, caring, patient and so professional. During my initial consultations, procedure and recent follow ups all my questions and concerns were always answered and I am so grateful for him and the team.
During my surgery I had low blood platelet count which resulted in my face swelling severely and bruising considerably. During my hospital stay and recovery Dr Philip Michael went out of his way to see me in hospital and contact me to see how I was recovering. I was quiet nervous and anxious about the whole process and Dr Philip’s kind nature made me feel at ease. Lyn was always available and was so easy to communicate with.
Dr Philip Michael listened to my concerns and takes great care in making his patients feel comfortable. 3 weeks later the results so far look natural and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Dr Philip Michael, Lyn and your team from the bottom of my heart.

My daughter said that Dr. Micharl is the BEST doctor because he fixed her ears and they don't hurt anymore. He is always very pleasant and answers ALL of the questions we have and is never rushing us out. He is fantastic with kids and makes my daughter feel at ease every time we visit.
