The staff was too busy joking with the doctors and customers, that I had to interrupt to be acknowledged. I saw Perry a while ago, and although he was nice to me, I got a horrible sense of ego and self-righteousness. It was overbearing and offputting. Though I know it's good for doctors to believe in themselves, it was a highly unattractive conversation. For the first ten minutes of the meeting, he spoke so highly of himself and how his patients loved him. Showed me all the children's drawings he was sent as if it was a confirmation he was godsent. He made me feel really uneasy and that I could not trust him with such a serious surgery. Never went back, and do not plan to, although I really need surgery. Sad.

Very disappointing. Lack of patient care. Quite rude to be honest and not in the slightest bit helpful. I saw him once and refused to go back. Got a referral to a different Dr and I'm so much happier with them.

Dr. Burstin is an amazing surgeon, I was a difficult case and he surpassed my expectations. Explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect and he delivered on every single promise. He is the only surgeon that personally followed up with me to see how I was doing. Dr. Burstin is someone I would go back to or send any of my family members to because of the level of trust I have in him. I am able to breath and the esthetics of the finish product are again amazing. Very highly recommend Dr. Burstin

Dr. Burstin is professional, thoughtful and overall a fantastic Doctor. After many many months of frustration and confusion, Dr. Burstin was able to find and cure my vocal nodules and he given me the ability to sing once again. He is a fantastic surgeon, leaving me with absolutely no scaring at all. Over two years later and my singing voice has never been better. He has given me the ability to do what I love again and be even better than before. I definitely would recommend him. He is a caring, and always makes sure he is available whenever needed. I am very thankful for all he has done for me.

My name is Jonathan and I had surgery by Dr Burstin. I had mine done by another doctor in Heidelberg two years prior who had made a mess of it. I knew it. Dr Burstin knew it - but was too professional to remark on it much. I was nervous going through the process again but I can swear to you it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. This is for both asthetic reasons and function reasons (I snore less and for some reason my hayfever is almost non-existent now). If you've had your nose stuffed up by another doctor, Dr Burstin can fix it. If you want it done right in the first place, it's a no-brainer. Just book it in with Dr B. You'll be glad you did.
