Visited this clinic on 24th Feb. 21 for wife’s right shoulder pain. There is absolutely no smooth interaction between patients and front desk receptionist. She does not want anybody in the waiting room. There are chairs arranged as per COVID guidelines but no she wanted everyone to wait outside the clinic and there is simply one bench and most of their booked patients walking round and round. We waited almost one and half hour and somebody came outside to call us for our turn. We were taken to a doctor’s room and again almost 15 minutes of waiting for doctor to come from next door room. Here now doctor comes. Looked at films and ask to move hand up and down and said she has frozen shoulder and wrote injection to be administered. We were there with him not even 5 minutes and he was rushed to next door. No much of interaction at all and $280 fee was charged that too waited 10 minutes to pay. Our experience at this clinic suggest that they are only interested in money but not looking after patients. After the injection there was no change in movement or pain in the shoulder. After 3 months of pain we went to other specialist and his approach and service was so kind and suggested CT guided injection. We followed his way of treatment and took injection at High Street Imaging at Penrith. Within few days 80% relief and hand movements. What a difference between Dr. Daniel Biggs and other orthopaedic surgeon? Simply wasted money, time and suffered pain in the shoulder for a long time due to Dr. Biggs treatment. Avoid this place when there are many good clinics around.

Staff have asked for payment of the account in full 10 days after surgery. They are not prepared to wait for the rebates from Medicare and my medical fund.

Up walking next day after TKR. Ditched the crutches after 3 days. Minimal scar, no stitches. Don't care about the look, but it suggests a skilled practitioner.

Not good on information. Still don't know why he did not do both. Did not tell me there would be months of rehab at 6 hours per week. I did my own Prehab. No one suggested this.

Dr Biggs was my second opinion. The first said 'just take pills and slow down'. Sorry I am old but not dead yet, still have things to do. 90% recovered at 6 weeks and looking forward to doing things again.

Long wait for little result. The Doctor seemed to be focused on quantity of patients not quality of service.

Not worth going to to an appointment. This doc won't even look at your scans.
