I met Dr. Addleman on February 17 2020 (Family Day)in the Emergency Department of Ottawa Civic Hospital. The waiting room was packed. Dr. Addleman was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, caring , patient , kind . We are so grateful for having had such good treatment
and advise .In spite of the very intense and stressful environment Dr. Addleman and staff were
prompt, calm ,very professional. Thank you for taking care of us with such dedication

Dr. Addleman-Frankel was one of the emergency room docs on Sunday night when I was admitted for a minor head injury. Her manner was so professional and knowledgeable, as she assessed my accident and its probable effects. She included members of my family in her follow through/up, and all in all, we were very impressed by this doctor and her overall approach. Bravo Dr. Addleman Frankel. Rating staff and punctuality for emergency is a little useless, but have tried to do so.
