Extremely dismissive of my injury, despite the reports confirming it. Was only interested in the amateur and semi professional athletes that he sees. Was abrupt and lacks basic manners, it seems that he thinks having a ‘Dr’ before his name has gone to his head. Don’t bother unless you’re the next superstar NRL player.

Excellent practice. Would highly recommend this surgeon; caring and compassionate. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. His Practice Manager and Clinical Nurse are both very professional and proud to be working with an excellent team

What an excellent surgeon! from the moment that I consulted Arash I was handled speedily, efficiently and competently. My right hip was replaced at Campbelltown Private Hospital and Dr. Navarbi's team were first class in their work. I was standing and limited walking the next day and within a few days was able to walk without any aids. The surgery technique (A.M.I.S.) was exceptional and now, some three weeks later, I can barely believe that the hip has been replaced. The outcome is sensational and I wish that I had approached Arash months earlier. From his office staff to conclusion this has been a great experience. I have my life back.

Vary happy with my hip replacement. Only had a 2 day stay in hospital. Didn’t need any painkillers when I went home. Very little restrictions with my activities

This guy is a sad excuse for a doctor he is an absolute goose and a show pony to boot. Dresses flashy I suppose to impress but that just doesn't cut it with me. Went to him after a car accident with a hip problem, took the MRI my GP ordered and he only looked at the first four sheets. His answer was a cortisone injection to my groin, no explanation of what he was trying to do or looking for. Told him I doubted it would make any difference having been down the cortisone road with a shoulder specialist who had to do arthroscopic surgery to get my shoulder working again when the cortisone injection wore off after 48 hours. Did the right thing and kept the pain diary (and I was experiencing days of 7-9 on the scale even down to the point where I couldn't get out of bed). On the follow up visit (2 months later) he reviewed the pain diary and said 'it hadn't changed' which I said was what he expected. So whatever was wrong was going to require a bit more work, i.e. not an easy fix, so his 'cop out' answer was he wanted to put me on pain management. Spoke to my physio who told me to get my GP to refer me to another orthopedic surgeon who did the right thing and looked at all the MRI slides and showed me what was happening and explained the 2 options available and neither of them were what this quack was talking about. Was the best decision ever to give him the flick, although it caused me great discomfort for a lot longer than needed. Would not let him near my dog let alone another human. Should be banned from practice as only looks for the 'quick fix' and not prepared to look a bit further.

I was involved in a workplace accident mva in December 2006, my injuries kept me from working for 4 and a half years, my right knee required several operations all done by Dr Nabavi, the last opp was done I think in February 2009, an extensive operation, requiring extensive physio for 12 months, I can't thank him and his staff enough for their kindness and professional services towards me, in 2011 I returned to the workforce with some limitations but as time went by the limitations eased and have been back doing most things as normal, a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable surgeon who I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone with any knee problem, thankyou Dr Nabavi for putting me back on my feet after a pretty hectic accident,
Yours sincerely,
John Vanbeers.
