I had Botox treatments from Dr. Chaudry at ElevateRx in Ottawa and I was extremely happy with the results. She was patient and empathetic with me (I was admittedly nervous), has a fantastic aesthetic, and clearly is an expert in her field.

Dr. Chaudry is leaving her general practice today. She shall be missed. Dr. C. has proven, over the 10 year association we have had with her, to be compassionate, empathetic, to be a fine confidante, advocate and devoted friend. She embodies all the traits that a good doctor should. Bon voyage and God speed!

Not sure if the negative reviews are just disgruntled Apple Tree clients but they couldn’t be more wrong. Dr. Chaudry is so nice! She’s super smart and a very caring doctor with more training than any other doctor I’ve had. Is also an ER doc at CHEO if I recall correctly. Don’t confuse knowledge of what actually needs attention with not caring! She’s the best ❤️

Dr Chaudry has been a very good family doctor to me for the last 9 years, seems like she is usually rushing because of her schedule, however when needed she took the time to listen when I brought up additional health concerns, and was kind enough to do a full physical exam that was not scheduled when I had the urgency.

You’re better off going to a walk-in clinic. She just doesn’t care and rushes through.

Dr Chaudrey seriously lacks empathy and compassion. She is always in a rush. You’d be lucky to get her attention for more than a few minutes. She keeps saying “what can I do for you”, making you feel like you’re disrupting her day.
She can be very dismissive of concerns you bring up as a patient. She may be good for minor issues such as cold/flu but definitely not a Doctor who cares and would follow though on concerns as you would expect from a family practice.

She has no compassion for her patients. She is always in a rush and makes you feel like you’re bothering her. She simply does not care about helping nor does she have interest in listening to your concern. She ask so does not call back with abnormal lab results. The onus is on the patient to follow-up.

Dr. Chaudry has been my doctor since 2011 and I have always loved her she is always on time to the point she allows me to to all about more than one issue at a time. Instead of making do multiple appointments. Sometimes she can be in a bit of hurry in an appointment but I feel that’s how she stays on time. I don’t ever feel like I haven’t been heard though.
I feel lucky to have her as my doctor
