He is a very caring and attentive doctor. He always seems to know what is wrong and makes sure you are properly cared for.

I've been going to Dr. Rao for years and he is the best! He is kind, understanding, lists, does not rush you. He explains in detail what he finds. Answers all your questions. Check up on followup visits.

Dr. Rao has taken care of my mother for 25 years. He has done an excellent job of caring for her. She is 90 years old and he is quite familiar with geriatric care.

Dr. Rao is the worst doctor I ever had. I didn’t have any problems with him while I was healthy. He was very kind, polite, and perfect listener. However, when I started having problems with my gallbladder he told me that I don’t have any problems and he refused to order blood test I requested (LDL/HDL). I eventually paid for the tests myself and it turned out that I did have a problem (high LDL and low HDL). When I asked him why he didn’t want to order test and if he has any problems with my insurance with the tests he became very angry and requested that “you find another physician for your care.” He even sent a letter to my home address next day with the same request. I still have the letter. My insurance is Blue Cross Blue Shield and I am very satisfied with my coverage. I found another physician and I am extremely satisfied with my new family physician for more than nine years.

He is very knowledgeable and thorough! My husband and I both think very highly of Dr.Rao. He has a wonderful office staff, too!

We have been going to him for about 15 years and have always found him to be knowlegable and thorough. He remembers his patients and has always kept tabs on us when we are very sick or are in the hospital. He has even called us at home a few times over the years just to see how we were doing. I can't rate him more highly.
