As a Doctor, Dr.Lynn is latch key at best. My first visit we did lab work. It's been 2 years 9 months since my visit and I never recieved my results or a follow up by the Doctor. When we parted ways he mentioned if he didn't call me I needed to try to get back with him. I guess I should have seen it coming. I called at least four times, could never get through and never recieved a call back from his nurse or any information by mail. There was zero follow through by him or his staff. The visit was a total waste of my co-pay money and effort. I give him a one because his waiting room was clean. Not being mean, just honest. I couldn't go any higher without any other results. Bad experience.

Sometimes you wait, because he takes the time with each patient to discuss and understand issue. Seeing for many years. Has addressed my issues . When you have a lot of specialists he is a great dr to have because he considers all your other treatments as a whole.

Dr. Lynn is a great doctor that spends time with his patience. Always had time for me and listened to my issues. Appointments do not normally occur as scheduled but that is due to Dr. Lynn spending quality time with patience. I would not want another doctor!!! His staff though needs to go. Rude. liars and incompetent. His scheduler wont make any effort to assist and only comes up with excuses.

Dr. Lynn spends time listening to you and will order appropriate tests and referrals as needed. He talks on the patients level and does offer preventative care advice. You may wait a little to see him, but he gives you his time and attention in return.

While it is true that Dr. Lynn is personable and spends a lot of time with each patient, he does not really listen to what the patient is saying and is quick to brush off symptoms as nothing to be concerned about. His staff lost my test results and does not bother to return phone calls. Dr. Lynn even admitted to me that his staff is somewhat lacking and reminded me to call in to make sure that my lab work was okay because as he said, "no news is not necessarily good news". He told me about a time when his staff neglected to call a patient who had serious issues with his blood work and never knew there was a problem until he returned for his four month check. That is totally inexcusable! This doctor is definitely not worth the hour and a half wait, especially when there are much more knowledgeable and dedicated doctors in the Huntsville/Madison.

Typically have to wait an hour just to get called back to a room. Won't give referrals over the phone. Office staff rude and unwilling to help. NOT RECOMMENDED!
