This is a great physician, very patient, listens well, prescribes accurately. Staff is very attentive. Walk ins or same day are not always available and closed on Fridays. Lab results are often not available until the following week due to Friday closure. Staff is sometimes slow at relaying messages, referring appointments and refilling prescriptions but are very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and comfortable. Dr. Williams himself is top notch in every category. His demeanor is reassuring and knowledgable. The wait times vary but all within reason. Five star rating, for certain.

He was very helpful when he found that I had a rare Neurological disease...Transverse Myelitis! He found me a great Neuro dr. and he keeps up with him on my disease!
