Absolute worst! Tediously filled out intake forms describing symptoms, some of which have been diagnosed via imaging or labs and physically treated by other specialists. Was refereed by my orthopedist. Well, when he came in I realized this is the same guy that pushed me off on his PA five years ago, who gave me antidepressant medications until one caused me to have intense suicidal thoughts. I’ve been so ill, and didn’t recognize his name/address I didn’t realize I was going back to this practice. He walked in, felt my hands, said I was double-jointed and that I have fibromyalgia (just like I’ve seen other reviewers say). Never mind that I have imaging/MRI findings indicating moderate arthritis and bursitis that responds to steroid injections. He told me I need to contact PCP for psychiatrist to prescribe me an antidepressant for my depression, anxiety, and pain. The first two of which I DONT HAVE, and never said I have. Just because I have legitimate diagnosed via imaging pain, does not me I am depressed, anxious nor that my pain is in my head. I have a high ANA off the charts, and image is nosed inflammation. (he literally never saw nor asked for my records or why I was refereed) When I asked if he was going to run was going to run labs, he said - ok sire yeh I can do that. As if he hadn’t planned to. I’m interested to see if I hear back about those results. I’m going to track them down and take them to someone else. What a huge waste of a nearly three month wait. Could have used that time to wait for a doctor that’s actually concerned with physical diagnostics and not someone who would leave me sobbing in the parking lot, insinuating that I’ve somehow managed to manifest legitimate physical ailments from a depression that I DO NOT suffer from. I wish that my only complaint was the arrogance like others have mentioned, I’d be ok with that if he actually cared to diagnose and treat appropriately.
