The rudest, most condescending, unethical doctor I have ever gone to. He got angry when I asked questions . When I asked what I can do for pain (ear), he lifted up out of seat and kind of yelled that he is not giving me pain meds!! He contradicted his "diagnoses" 3 times. After walking down hall to tell a supervisor, I could hear him telling the nurse how stupid I was for not understanding what he told me. I was 30-40 feet down a hallway when I heard this. I've never felt so humiliated. I will never go back.
He doesn't deserve any stars.

The WORST doctor I have ever met in my life. He walked in, didn’t listen to my explanation of what was going on (cut me off in the middle of it), didn’t ask me any questions and then told me that he didn’t think it was an ear problem. I didn’t have hearing loss and it doesn’t really sound that much like the 2 other most common ear problems. When I asked him what I was supposed to do next he just stared at me and didn’t answer. After asking many times, he said that I shouldn’t do anything. Vertigo has a lot of causes and it was a waste of my time to keep looking into it even though I told him that it was debilitating enough and frequent enough that I couldn’t function like that. He pretty much just dismissed me without doing any real analysis and told me to just deal with it. I have never in my life met a worse doctor. There are doctors with bad bedside manner but good at diagnosing. This doctor seems to be able to have both bad bedside manner AND bad at diagnosing....

I was very disappointed with this Doctor. He was very cold, rude and didn't give me any help. I did not received good advice, information or a diagnosis. He just mumbled something and went on his way...leaving me sitting in the chair. I was sick. In pain. Depressed and frustrated with symptoms I have had for months.

I’ll never go back to Dr. Crozier again. That’s the first time I’ve said that about a Doctor. He came off as rude and uninterested. I went in for swelling in my parotid and submandibular glands which my gp thought were blocked. He started off by telling me my face wasn’t swollen. I was so shocked I didn’t even know what to say. I said it wasn’t as swollen as it was two weeks before because I had been prescribed prednisone and then had been on amoxicillin for a week. I told him again that it was swollen and he once again said it wasn’t. By then I was so angry that I pulled my phone out and showed him three pictures of my face from the day before. He totally made me feel that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I know my face and for two weeks my family and friends were so concerned because of the swelling that I almost went to the emercengy room. I now wish that’s what I would have done. What a joke he is. I finally asked him what would cause the swelling that I knew I had even if he didn’t agree. He said maybe an allergy and didn’t offer any advice. I said is that all you’re going to say and he just stared at me and said aren’t you happy that it’s nothing? Maybe when Mr. Crozier ages he’ll have a better understanding of how to interact with his patients. He’s pitiful!!

I had a great experience with Dr Crozier and his staff I needed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. Dr. Crozier is very attentive, he took the time to answer all my questions. Both my surgery and recovery went well.

In my 65+ years, I have never been totally unhappy with a health care provider. This changed today! After waiting 5 or 6 weeks for an appointment, Dr. Crozier was in the exam room three minutes or less. He was very impatient and appeared totally uninterested in anything I said. To say he was condescending and extremely rude is an understatement! I will strongly discourage my friends and family from seeing him. There has to be a better choice somewhere else. This visit cost me a copay of $65. I consider it a total waste.

He was everything I expect a doctor to be. Friendly, courteous, attentive knowledgeable, and helpful. He diagnosed my problem, gave me my options, let me make the decision and performed the procedure. I don't expect to have to go back but will if needed.

I have seen Dr Croizier twice for my tinnitus and dizziness in about 3 years intervals . Recently, I had recurring symptoms of the middle and inner ear and after the hearing test which didn't reveal any loss or other conditions relating my hearing. Dr Croizier was explaining the test result and ignoring my major need of my complain. I had to pull the words out of his mouth concerning the dizziness and imbalance associated with my buzzing tinnitus. His response was similar to the previous visit and no further tests, follow up or referrals! Now I am suffering again and dare to see him again. So, i will seek different doctor recommended by by insurance network,
