Daughter had tonsilectomy and adnoidectomy yesterday morning. Watching the surgical update screen showed Crozier was very busy. The entire process was well organized, punctual, and considerate from start to finish. Even though he had several back to back surgeries he took time to give us a calm detailed update on our daughter's procedure and waited to answer questions. Didn't rush at all. The nurses, anesthesiologist was super cool! Not a single complaint from us!

We were referred by our pediatrician to Dr. Crozier for reoccurring strepthroat in our 6 year old daughter. I think why people have posted poor reviews is due to his personality. I had zero problem with our consult. He was thorough, clear, and frank. He flat out said he wouldn't sugar coat anything. I can appreciate that! I needed to know exactly what to expect with the upcoming surgery. Fevers are normal post op. The body is doing its job to prevent infection! He gave us a bunch of easy to understand literature explaining everything. The office has been clear in communications. We go for surgery in April.
I talked to our pediatrician about these reviews since this is our child's first surgery, first medical sutuation. She reassured me that he is very good at his job. When it boils down to the bottom line, that is what you want. A surgeon who is good at their job! I feel he listened to every single concern I had. He was polite, and answered every question with professionalism.

I will update my review once she has finished surgery.

I was referred to Dr Crozier by another physician for a Surgery consult. He was very professional and pleasant. Answered all my questions and concerns which says a lot after the run around I have been given by several other physicians. I could not be happier with the care I received before and after my procedure. I do not understand why anyone would say bad things unless they just don't want to hear the truth, however in my case the truth is all I wanted and Dr Crozier made sure I got all my answers. Thank you for all you have done

I had a surgery consult with Dr. Crozier in February 2017. He was patient with my questions, drew a picture for me of nerve involved and was clear about what was entailed. Yes, he talks fast, uses "big words" but I understood what he was saying and when I didn't he explained. When having to do a scope, he was apologetic to the discomfort and checked that I was not in pain. Admittedly, he doesn't have a "cuddly" persona but I don't need cuddly I need an expert. I will still be mindful of the reviews here as I go forward; yet, I felt my experience was appropriate and qualified.

Dr. Crozier needs to go back to school!!! Did not listen to anything I was saying , and didn't even care about the pain I was in. So I went to Dr. Fenwick, what a big different.

Dr. Crozier literally made me feel like I was stupid, not worth his time and the worst a liar! I went to him for problems that had been going on for months and causing great pain. During the "exam" he was cold, rude and made me feel like I was so very far beneath him. I didn't feel like he heard anything I said, in fact it seemed like his mind was made up before he walked into the room. One of the problems I have is laryngitis. He informed me that I did not have it and that I was making myself talk this way. Now please understand that I have NO reason to "make" myself talk this way. I was speechless to say the least. He stated that I had no drainage, which was kind of odd due to mucus running out my nose and down my throat the entire appointment. When dealing with my other issue he even insulted my regular Doctor that she must not know her anatomy. I was stunned. He then informed me that he could do nothing for me other than getting me into a speech therapist for my non laryngitis. I was done. He left, his nurse caught up to me and stated that he wanted to see me in a couple weeks if my laryngitis had not gotten better. What the heck? This man should not be practicing. Now myself and my dr are starting the process all over again. I wasted a month and a half waiting to see him for nothing. I completely regret not checking into him before seeing him. If you are reading this please take the time to check him thoroughly before seeing him.

Dr crozier saw our son on a Tuesday for etubes. He was rude, cocky and acted like we were a bother to him. He avoided all questions and concerns we had, looked at my sons ears for a split second and said "he's fine and won't need tubes" I expressed to him that I thought our son was coming down with another ear infection and he complete ignored me. Less than a week later we had to take our son to our ped Doctor only for her to send us to the specialist again. We refused to see this jerk again, so we saw dr smith. He was awesome and 9 days after we were told "our son was fine" he was in surgery having his tubes out in and adenoids removed. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemies.

We waited30 minutes in the exam room with our son who is autistic. Dr. Crozier came in in a rush, didn't extend a hand to us or even introduce himself. When we told him of our concerns, he first, didn't even listen to us, but more importantly, told us that our sons problems were not even relevant to his practice and he proceeded to argue with me about the physical development in general of our special needs son. As if he had known him all his life. He knows nothing about our son. His exam consisted of saying, "open your mouth", looked in the throat for 2 seconds and then acted like we were crazy and knew nothing. At one point when I was explaining some problems our son was having, he argued with me and even said, "whatever you say". SO unprofessional and cocky. I would NEVER go back or recommend my enemies to him. If my son needed surgery, I would rather have a veterinarian do it than Dr. Crozier. Terrible bedside manners. Total waste of our time and of our money.
