Dr Jolly is a warm, caring doctor and a lovely person. After years of family doctors messing with my hormones, I eventually saw Dr Jolly who set everything straight, ran several tests and made me feel valued. I am more than happy to wait to see her because she sometimes has to deal with more urgent needs than mine.

I saw her twice about 3 or 4 years ago; each time I had to wait 3 hours. I just wanted a simple prescription but first her nurse asked me a thousand questions and then she asked me a thousand questions. She was rude and snotty and made me feel like a lab rat in her presence. I made an appointment to have a procedure done that she recommended but had to cancel because of a family matter. They said they would call me when I could have the procedure done but I'm still waiting to hear from them.

Dr Jolly is the best doctor for menopause in the city. It takes months to get in to see her, but it's worth it. She is always late for appointments, but that's because she's given the previous patients all her attention, as she will for you. She will answer all your questions, order any tests necessary, and she will help you. Bring a book, she's worth the wait.

May not be on time all the time but give/devote you all her time and attention when you're with her.

I have seen this doctor more than once over the years. The most recent visit, I noticed a distinct change in her bedside manner. At one time she was caring and compassionate. Unfortunately, this last visit she was condescending and belittling of my lack of medical knowledge in front of her med. student. She did not offer any solution to an ongoing problem nor inform me of the results which required further medication - very disappointing experience. I highly recommend getting a second opinion. I did!

Dr. Jolly, is the best there is . I went to her for years. She is warm, kind, understanding(and a fellow caring dog owner, so how great is that) and believe me if you have to wait awhile to get to see her, thank your lucky stars, she is more than worth the wait...Heck I have waited longer in a line up at Starbucks. Dr. Jolly is so talented and remarkable, we are so fortunate to have her here in Ottawa. Thank you Dr. Jolly

Expect to spend the better part of a day waiting to see her. The wait is well worth it. She is not condescending, is quick to offer solutions to health problems and appears to actually care about her patients, something that is becoming increasingly rare. I'm just sorry I didn't see her sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jolly's for over 15 years. I was 14 when I had my ovaries taken out. She has been FABULOUS to me and my family. You are NOT just a number with her. Her waiting times used to be horrible...but have gotten exceptional ever since she opened her new clinic at the Riverside Campus. I hardly ever wait more than 15 minutes now. I owe her alot of gratitude for all the advice and guidance during my teen years... What I had to go through was not easy and it made me feel confident to have a doctor like her, who has always been a leader in women's issues...whether it be HRT, Menopause, Endocrinology, etc... She is one AWESOME lady and I am not looking forward to her retirement.
