Fabulous doctor. He has performed 3 separate surgeries (cheilectomy x 2 and toe fusion). Extremely caring and has a real warmth. A really lovely man who knows his stuff.

He is a fantastic, awesome and professional orthopaedic surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone that requires ankle surgery. He has seen me from my teens through to adulthood to help with an ankle deformity and has completed an ankle reconstruction to give me more mobility in my ankle. If you are after ankle surgery he is the number 1 orthopaedic surgeon in my books.

Les is a very skilled and professional surgeon with a great beside manner as well
There is a lot more I could say but then it would turn into a book but he is very accommodating as I don’t live in Sydney so had to travel for my surgeries and consultations and he made all of this very easy for me especially when COVID came along

Excellent surgeon and a great person. He performed a fusion of various joints in my foot. Two years have passed and I'm back on the tennis court, doing walks, running, and no pain. I got my life back thanks to Dr Grujic. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I ever need more surgery. Very caring and knowledgeable. He has has all the time in the world to explain and to listen. 100% recommended. RM

I 2008 i was involved in a head-on fatal. My right tib/fib was shattered, approx 17 breaks from mid shin through to the heel bone. A couple of Dr's told me that it was close to being amputated. Thanks to Dr Les Grujic i am able to use my right leg and ankle at about 90% normal function with next to no pain. His reconstructive skills amazed me and i am thankful everyday for this outcome. Dr Grujic was caring at all times, very thorough and highly skilled and his calming manner is great. Graham T.

With a doubt the best doctor I have dealt with. Les was recommended to me and I cannot praise his skill enough. He is very capable and caring. My bilateral bunion surgery was a success mainly due his excellent reconstruction skills.

Absolutely incredible. Without a doubt the best doctor I've ever visited. I have a joint condition and have had him perform 2 ankle reconstructions on me. He has been helpful, careful, conscientious and accessible at every step of the way. Dr Grujic is also very skilled and respected. If you're having ankle problems, he's your guy. A bit expensive, though totally worth it for long term success with your joints. He consults out of Chatswood and Dee Why.
