Disappointed in meeting with doctor. I was told a service was going to be most likely covered by staff with a $50 freezing fee, just to drive all the way there, pay for parking and then have a 2 minute sales pitch for a non-convered “cosmetic” procedure where I actual have symptoms.
Yet I’m sure OHIP was still billed for a “consult”.

Make sure to get clarity with staff before going in for a visit,

Warm, makes you feel special, competent - I have minimal scaring from the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Hosein.

Had a partial mastectomy a few days ago at Credit Valley. Dr. Hosein and the medical team were nothing short of excellent. Looking forward to my follow up with her next month.

Dr.Hosein operated Partially bilateral Mastectomy on me yesterday.what an amazing doctor she is. She held my hand and said , we got this, going to remove this tumor forever. She is godly figure to me. Thank you Dr.Hosein for taking care. ❤️

I was diagnosed at the of November, 2022. . Met Dr. Hosein after the biopsy results to go over them, and to discuss surgery. The amount of care and attentiveness she provided my sons and I this far (still in treatment) was fantastic to say the least. She literally hugged me before I went into surgery in January, and held my hand from the time I got up on the OR table until I was put out. She introduced me, as a person instead of just a ‘case’, to the surgical team in the room . Last thing I remember before going under was her, whispering in in my ear, was ‘don’t worry, we got you’. This wasn’t the first time she’d said that to me. To say I’m grateful to her is an understatement. I’m so thankful I was referred to her, and the rest of my oncology team (radiation and medical oncologists, whom I will meet this week) , have a very high bar to meet, thanks to Dr. Hosein.

I was diagnosed with BC in Nov 2021, it was Dr Hosein who delivered the horrifying news. I can’t praise Dr Hosein enough for her delivery of the news and patience in answering all of my questions. My husband wasn’t with me as I wasn’t expecting the news so she insisted we call him and she delivered the news to him directly to ensure that the message was accurate as I was a basket case when I heard the news. When it came to my surgery and follow up appointment she was extremely kind and patient, I never felt rushed and felt completely informed and heard. Her bedside manner is incredible. I could not have asked for a better surgeon to guide me through such a horrific time in my life. Fast forward a few months to today. I was having my oopherectomy done. She noticed my name on the list and came by to wish me a speedy recovery. 🥹 I am extremely thankful to have her as part of my medical team. Dr Hosein and her staff are absolutely wonderful. 🙏

We (my mom and I) love Dr Hosein. She is so positive and caring. Even though she is super busy, she makes you feel like you have all the time in the world with her to ask questions and get explanations. She is so caring, funny and kind. I couldn't ask for a better Dr for my mom during this stressful time.

I took my mother to find out biopsy results for her breast and the doctor entered with such positive behavior. She was 50 mins late then her scheduled time, as soon as she entered, me and my mom were already stressed out however, she entered and said " I am here with a good news", I think that's all we wanted to hear. Very professional, extremely courteous and very well knowledgeable doctor.
