Dr Uddin is the most compassionate doctor I've ever meet. She got me through 3 lung surgeries with out any complications. She's one of the best.

I attended this clinic with the possible issue of TOS and it’s been almost a year and I haven’t had any real help our progress. Both my hands are going way more numb and now they are going because of this doctor. I am now continuously suffering and there’s nothing she can do

Dr Uddin performed a left lung lobectomy on me in June 2022 and throughout the entire journey she explained all procedures thoroughly to myself and my husband in plain English. She is an amazing, compassionate person let alone a fantastic surgeon. I am about to undergo a right lung lobectomy later this month and I have all the confidence in the world that everything will be fine because she will be performing surgery on me once again. If you ever need surgery I hope you will be as lucky as I feel that I am having Dr Uddin as the surgeon. She certainly is #1 in my books.

On behalf of my fianceè Marv, I am doing this review so others will have a chance to investigate their surgeon before major surgery.
Our experience with Dr. UDDIN was nothing short of outstanding. This includes 3 in person meetings before the surgery and 1 phone call to me (Bobbi) as soon as the lung surgery was completed and Marv was in recovery. Dr. Uddin is not only a skilled and highly respected surgeon, she is benovolent, talented, forthright, humourous, educated and quick witted, but it is her dedication and commitment to her craft and life's work that sets her apart. I have a keen radar that zones in quickly on a doctor's true passion. Dr. Uddin was caught speeding by my radar gun. Wow what an amazing woman. Marv and I have been blessed with the best. I knew from the first moment I met Dr. Uddin that I was in good hands. Not only is she an excellent surgeon and very thorough, but she is so caring, patient and understanding. I truly believe that she is an Earth Angel, the absolute best!

Dr. Uddin is absolutely lovely. I met with her once in-person and then she performed a bronchoscopy for me. Our final appointment was by phone when she informed me that no cancer had been found. She has a wonderful sense of humour and she cares! Really cares! Makes you feel valued and important to her at that time.

Dr. Uddin is a guardian Angel. Performed my lung surgery with skill and precision. She's a very empathetic and caring doctor full of knowledge and expertise. Can't say enough positives for her. My wife and I appreciate her,the staff and hospital for helping us.

Sameena Uddin really and truly is NOT a good physician at all.

First of all, she was approximately 1.5 hours late to the scheduled appointment that I had with her.

Second of all, she was very dismissive of my health issues / concerns. After waiting several months (approx. 7+ months) just to be seen by her, she quickly brushed my health issues off from the get go. As if though I was inconveniencing her.

Looking back, I wish I had just saved my time and money by not attending the appointment.


On a positive note, the middle aged Caucasian RN that worked there (at the clinic) was absolutely amazing. Too bad I didn’t get her name, as a he truly deserves much more recognition than S. Uddin.

Dr. Uddin is a beautiful person, inside and out. She is very professional, direct and open with her patients so that they are aware of what to expect. She also cares for her patients and families with an empathy that is very obvious and appreciated. I was dealing with a long-term, complicated situation that she was able to correct so well,that I am now looking at a really good quality of life which I have been lacking for many years. I was truly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Uddin and words can never fully express how grateful I am to have had the priviledge and pleasure of knowing her and having her do what needed to be done to take care of me. Amazing Surgeon. All my concerns apprehensions before and post sirgery were gone after meeting her in person. Surgery was performed in 2013 and Im with grace of God fine since that time.

I would strongly recommend her to others requiring Thoracic surgery with cancer
