What an amazing doctor!! It’s very difficult to find such a compassionate and caring doctor these days. He was very honest with me about my procedure (bad and good). He was with me through the entire journey. He even called me the night before my surgery to ask if I had any questions. That alone, blew me away. The day of surgery I was so nervous, and he asked if I was nervous, I said ‘yes’ he said ‘well I’m not’. I was able to calm down knowing how confident and caring he was; I was in good hands. I felt safe with him. My surgery went well and I was in and out of the hospital in 2 days from a major surgery b/c he is awesome!! Scars looks great too!

I recently had a procedure done by Dr Ernjakovic and his team at the Trillium Hospital. What could have been a difficult experience for me was instead, a warm, supportive, patient-centered and caring experience through the entire procedure. The entire team and the nursing staff shared the same caring approach as well. Dr Ernjakonic had spoken with me prior to the procedure and discussed my procedure and his concerns, addressed my concerns and questions, and I immediately was put at ease, and confident that the procedure would go well - and it did. I am very impressed by his professional, warm, concerned, compassionate and positively encouraging approach, which I experienced both in our phone calls prior to the procedure and in person. I am so happy my family physician recommended Dr Ernjakovic. It was a very positive experience and my health is the better for it.

I am quite elderly and was diagnosed with colon cancer and added problems 20 months ago approx. I was privileged to have Dr’ Ernjakovic as my surgeon. He told me it would be a journey, but he would be with me every step of the way, and he was and still is. Notonly he is a skilled surgeon, but the kindest and most compassionate doctor you could hope to meet. An amazing person, so Dr. Ernjakovic, to quote an old Irish Blessing, “Until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of his Hand”.

Dr. Ernjakovic and his entire surgical team are phenomenal. I was extremely anxious for my cholecystectomy, but I felt very reassured by the confidence and professionalism that Dr. Ernjakovic and his team displayed. I was admitted to the hospital with terrible pain. Turned out to be a gallbladder stone. The doctor Ernjakovic operated on me. Two hours later I was at home. everything went just fine. The doctor has a light hand. The whole team is very attentive and caring. I am very grateful to them. no complications .no pain . thank you Doctor !!!

My first visit with Dr. Ernjakovic was very pleasant. As a new patient we went over medical history, examination, excellent procedure and follow up very fast and detailed. Was very surprised when I was "finished". All my questions was answered, provided me with reassured fact and information.
