Dr. Bernier is a fantastic doctor, personable, very well-liked, very well informed and helpful. Sadly his staff counsellor, Brenda McInnes, was dismissive and disrespectful and she couldn't answer our questions. The rest of the Genetics Clinic staff are helpful and kind and organized.
