I was very surprised by the awful things I read here and the very calm, engaged interview that I experienced. The office is well appointed. The staff were polite and offered me a tea or coffee and the doctor was on time. He was polite, described the process and listened to everything I had to say. I am disgusted with the disgraceful comments that people are making here. They just seem rude and primitive.

I dealt with Samuell during my Worker's Compensation Claim. I found Dr Samuell to be very professional and empathetic. He ensured I was comfortable before and after my examination and this made it easy to ensure I included all information, experiences and feelings in my claim.

As a person attending an appointment with this doctor, I decided to look him up. I really didn't want to attend after what I read. He is really quite the opposite of what is suggested. I find it completely wrong that people who wrote this stuff make it harder for the workers to attend their appointment. I was flooded with anxiety until I started my appointment. He is fine. Please don't let this stuff get into your head if you need to see this doctor. He is really good, profession and kind.

I went with some hope despite knowing, knowing I would not get any fair opinion out of this man. He sat there, making notes and baiting me for a mere 34 minutes and concluded there was nothings wrong with me when he ignored my responses, kept going back to his own script. I now know you can refuse a doctor and thats what I should have done. He was late, he was rude, he was cold as a fish and whilst the examination is not meant to be anything other than intrusive and at times painful, he made the experience 10 times worse than needed then despite not being able to even string a sentence together at the end, I was dismissed and his report when sighted was that ... there was nothing wrong at all !!

I have been a patient of Dr Samuel for quite some time. I came across this site recently and wanted to share my feelings.

I had a very disabling problem with anxiety. I could barely leave the house. It was affecting all aspects of my life. I had almost given up and came close to ending it several times.

I am very grateful that my GP found Dr Samuel and that he not only helped me, but didn't charge me anything at all. Life has now changed for me totally and I have Dr Samuel to thank.

He never tells me anything about himself, but his staff told me that he did a lot of charity work and seeks no recognition for it at all. He is a genuinely kind and empathic man. I am sure he would be very embarrassed if he knew I wrote this.

After reading the other feedback on here I tried to keep an open mind before my meeting with Doron. Surely he couldnt be as bad an many people on here said he was.
Well i was wrong.
To start with he was 15mins late - no apology or explanation given.
In his office the interrogation started, no empathy, no feeling - it felt like I was talking to a cyborg.
When it was time to explain my issues to him it looked like he had switched off (maybe thinking what he was going to have for lunch) as the lights were on but no one was home. I spoke for a solid 5mins of my issues and he clicked half a dozen words into him computer, but when he asked a question (even one with just a yes or no answer) he would be typing frantically away.
Needless to say being pro insurance company will result in my report being completely bias and one sided to the insurer.

I was assessed yesterday by Dr Samuel. Firstly can I say, that he has exceptional taste. I really liked his tie and cufflinks! Nice aftershave too!!!

He asked fairly predictable open and closed questions. There was nothing offensive there.

I got feedback from my Case Manager...it was all pretty positive.

I have to say I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Dr Samuel to anyone who wanted a fair and independent assessment.
