Alice Shin is mean. She bullies her clients. She treats them as if they are stupid. She doesn't even take the time to listen or build rapport. She has no bedside manner. I am on her roster, but I may as well not be since she doesn't do anything for me.

One of the worst Doctors I have ever met. Does not care for her patients AT ALL. My mother has been a patient for a few years and hasn't had the proper treatments she deserved. Resulting in a mini-stroke. This would have never happened if she would have taken my mother's BP seriously. The only reason my mother is still with this doctor is that she cannot get any other PCP. I don't know how she still has a license or hasn't been reported.
She is useless.

The most useless doctor I have ever seen. Late for all her appointments, pretends to call for phone apt. And then nobody answers the office phone when we call. Dumb as bricks

Dr Shin is always late, even when I have the first appointment of the day, she walks in to the office after my scheduled time. She is not warm at all and very difficult to talk to as she disregards and invalidates my medical concerns. It always feels like she’s rushing through the appointment and instead of listening to me she makes assumptions that are incorrect more often than not. I have never seen worse bedside manner. I am very unhappy with her and trying to find a new doctor.

Dr. Shin has been over 15 minutes late for early morning appointments with me on more than one occasion, where I did not request that the appointments be in the morning.

She seems more concerned with not sending a healthy patient to a specialist than concerned about the consequences of failing to send someone in need to the specialist. My experiences with her have not been positive.

My children and I have have seen Dr Shin many times over the last few years. Always very happy with how well she listens, how thorough and friendly she is. I never feel rushed at all. She is often a little behind so we wait 15-30 minutes but I’m happy wait for a doctor that takes her time with patients.
