To this day Dr. Bharadwaj is sill the most attentive and caring doctor I've been to. Years ago I was referred to him for tonsil problems. Once my first consultation appointment finally came around, I happened to be very sick with a mystery illness that had be bedridden for 2+ weeks and down 15lbs (turned out to be Mono that a Toronto hospital misplaced the test results for). I am so lucky my consultation appt was when I was sick as Dr. Bharadwaj genuinely wanted to help me, got me rushed tests at the hospital and even provided his work mobile number to contact if I continued to get worse. Once I was better, I had laser treatment on my tonsils and Dr. Bharadwaj kept me calm and was very professional during the procedure.

Today I visited dr bhardawaj and I found him as a rude doctor ever. My family physician and walk in clinic doctor diagnose a whole in my ear drum but when I checked today so he said there’s nothing in your ear and rudely said to me if they diagnose this so see them not me his behaviour really hurt me

Thanks to this man I still can’t breathe. He was supposed to put me in queue for a deviated septum operation, he did not. He booked an appointment to meet with me, and three days in a row his secretary called me to come couple hours earlier as he had something else. He decides to leave early and expects you to oblige to his ad hoc schedule

My husband was seen very quickly and was very pleased with the experience. Dr Bharadwag was on time,
He examined my husband quickly, assessed the problem, gave us the results and recommended the procedure going forward. Very pleased !!! He is a no nonsense doctor and very professional.

He doesn't care, he clearly enjoys being in a position of power and doesn't want to hear what you have to say. He made me wait over a year for an appointment. I can confirm this because even my doctor complained about him. I should've never gone to him.

I( had an initial consult with Dr. Bharadwaj to talk about my hearing issues. I said before I dish out thousands of dollars for new hearing aids, I wanted to ensure there was nothing else wrong. He looked in each ear for 2 seconds and in my mouth, and said there is nothing he can do. Then he told me that I should get hearing aids from someone who just happened to be in his office (conflict of interest ?) I also was talking about my tinnitus at length, when he interrupted me and said, "I've heard enough. Now listen to me, I'm the doctor. There is nothing you can do".
Absolutely no empathy.

He checked my nose and ear and said that I have no issue. When I said but I feel that they are not normal, he suggested instead of worrying about ear and nose, I should do sleep test, which is more important in my life and because of which I can die of heart attack.

I want to share my experience with Dr. Vinod Bharadwaj an ENT specialist here in Kitchener. I saw him in September 2021 and he diagnosed me with Acid Reflux. He prescribe Pantoprazole Magnesium 40mg with 4 repeats and a date to see him in 6 months time. He said he was 99.9% sure it would be better.
I developed a hoarseness on Oct 11 2021 so I booked an appointment to see him earlier, which happened today Nov 29/21.
He was so rude and condescending, he said nothing is wrong with me, it's all in my head and I should go see a physiologist. I asked him about the medication that he gave me in September, why he did if nothing was wrong with me, he said :people like you should go see doctors of your own kind, which is almost nill to find"
