The doctor is good. Terrible receptionist. She only responds to voicemails. Then she calls and tells me she’s spoken to me before and now she has an appointment for me when in fact, she’s calling me for the first time. Vague, disorganized and rude person and she does not understand English well. Had to repeat my concerns several times before she said she’d relay it to the doctor but I’m still not sure if she understood what I said.

Such a great experience with this wonderful doctor who was not only knowledgeable and a subject matter expert but also comforting and personable. Thank you Dr K. I wish more doctors were like you.

The secretary there is very rude. Was waiting at my doctors to exchange information with Dr. Kukaswadia. The office was calling the office and the secretary called hung up on them. Then called back and was very rude. Sat in the office waiting. The doctor needs to get better staff! Patients shouldn't be treated this way especially when i'm pregnant and waiting. I will be contacting the college of physicians and writing a formal complaint.

Dr Kukaswadia is one of the best doctors that i have ever dealt with. When i first met her i was very nervous but DR K assured me that we would take one step at a time and do what needs to be done to get my health back in order!
Dr K was very polite and understanding and she made the time to answer all my questions!
As far as Goli the receptionist is concerned, she is very very helpful and one of the nicest people that i have dealt with. Not only is she helpful but she makes the time to help me in any paperwork that needs to be done!

This doctor is unbelievably dismissive and just doesn't care. Why be a doctor if you can care less? It's sad that people who are in it for money can practice medicine.
The doctor is on a power trip and needs to wake up and stop being arrogant.

Dr. K is great - the receptionist must be spoken to in a direct and clear manner, do not allow her to push you around - she's not pleasant at all.
I can't imagine how someone who is struggling with health issues and the anxiety related to it can deal with someone so unkind.

Dr. K is kind, helpful, and understanding. Her secretary however needs to get a grip. What kind of medical office NEVER answers the phone and ALWAYS sends the call to voicemail? I’ve been playing phone tag with this secretary for days and they never ever pick up the phone when I call back. While in her office in person i witnessed her directly ignore phone calls. Absolutely horrible. Not even worth the trouble.

I can not understand how such an idiot can remain employed!!! She is a waste of a pay cheque!!! She calls to change your appt you say you can't make that one then she give you another day and time... WELL no she doesn't... she books the one you can't make and then call and tells you missed you appt and now you have to pay a 75$ missed appt fee before you can be seen... I'm going to report her staff to the Collage. This is a disgusting practice and she is withholding medical care just because she can, this secretary is on a power trip.

Disgusting creator of a person. Horrible, horrible horrible. I minute away from knocking the receptionist out, shes beyond rude, threatening people she cant handle. What type of nonsense is this? Dr. Kakaswadia, get your act together! You and your staff are both disgusting!!!!!!!!
