While no one really likes having a colonoscopy, having had the good Dr as the lead in my recent colonoscopy I have nothing but thanks for her professionalism and interaction with me. Zero hesitation in recommending this Dr.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Made a very unpleasant procedure perfect. Highly recommend her as a gastroenterologist.

I arrived for my colonoscopy at the Montfort, Dr Oliveira came in behind me and asked me my name,did not wait for me to tell her, she said "I know her I had her 3 o 4 times before!"I have never met her, this was my first time .The assistant gave me sedation and when I woke up the health care worker was there but the doctor was not present. I asked him for the result and he said she found 2 polyps and this was my last time! I could not discuss the results or another related problem I had. I am very disheartned by the way I was treated, I think this Doctor was mistaking me for someone else but regardless her judgmental and abrupt attitude was dishearting and unproffesional. Very sad how some Health Care proffessional treat Seniors!

Dr . Liliana Oliveira and her staff at Montfort were extremely helpful, kind and welcomed me with a warm smile.
It was my first time getting an endoscopy everything was explained to me from the moment I arrived until I was able to go home.

I have been a patient for approximately 8 years. She and her staff are always helpful and kind. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel like I am in good hands with her. Appointments often run late - but otherwise I have no complaints!

J'ai été obligé de changer de gastroenterologue puisque l'ensemble des communications de son équipe étaient offerte en anglais seulement. Madame ne parle pas français elle aussi de même que l'infirmière qui l'accompagne. Curieux pour un médecin affilié à l'hôpital Montfort.

I have been a patient of Dr. Oliveira' for several years now. She has taken excellent care of me, and always puts her patients needs first. Very impressive demeanor and understanding of other peoples needs. She has helped my health circumstances improve.

While I was a patient of Mrs.Oliveira, I experienced delayed or missed appointments by her, constant rescheduling, no follow ups, and endless back and forth a blaming everyone and everything for her lack of professionalism and neglectful responses. Thankfully the doctors at the Ottawa General were able to save my life after having her neglect her responsibilities to me, her patient. During my last appointment she refused to read my chart and attempted to book an ultrasound to check a section of intestine that had already been removed. I expect most all 5* ratings she's gotten have been written by her secretary or herself to mask how incompetent she is as a healthcare provider.
