Dr.Chong has been the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I've ever met. I've finally found out about my genetic condition. She's extremely patient and she returned my call in due time. Her staff, Kathryn Millar, is very kind and has great empathy with my condition. Being a mom herself she was in tears knowing how hard it must has been given my relapsed condition after having a baby. I cannot express more but thankful that I've finally found out about my condition (Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome) and make peace with my limitation.

We came across with Dr. Chong through a genetic counselling after the aminio result of my pregnancy came out with chromosome abnormity. She provided us with her excellent knowledge and great empathy. She is very objective and patient. After the session, she even went further to do more research in order to answer the questions we left. She called us after 5.30 p.m. on Friday evening (the same day) and couldn’t be more patient. We appreciate her high level of professionalism and caring for her patients. She helped us to go through the process of making the hardest decision in our life with the information we needed. Thanks, Dr. Chong!!

My family and I first met with Dr. Chong in 2011 in the hopes to get some answers with my brother's medical condition. My brother was originally diagnosed by a different Dr. in the 80's with Aarskog syndrome (which is an inherited disease). Not fully convinced of the diagnose, my family and I started seeking for more answers, with the hope that science had introduced new tests in the hope to finally get concrete answers. Dr. Chong was the Dr. who assisted us through this journey. She provided my family with the most exemplary care, understanding and knowledge. We were all very impressed with her level of knowledge and her exemplary care which she displayed in each interaction we had with her. Thanks to Dr. Chong, my family is finally fully aware of my brother's medical condition and we finally got the answers we were seeking, thanks to Dr. Chong and her staff, in particular Kathryn Millar who was also extremely helpful.
