The office staff are friendly and responsive but I'm not impressed with Dr. Davis. Like others have mentioned in their reviews, i felt she was disinterested and she spent barely 5 minutes with me, didn't thoroughly check me over and in my opinion was a bit dismissive. I won't go back and will book any follow up appointments with another dermatologist.

i felt very lucky to have her see me today. I have the problem over two months. Dr. Ann was willing to schedule my appointment based on my conditions. She is a good listener and her detail analysis seems to be the best among all the specialists ive seen so far. i dont know my final outcome yet, but im confident that im in a good hand.

Sitting naked waiting about 10 minutes. $ months to wait to see her and she spent under 5 minutes. To not wear gloves or touch my skin or even look closely. I have to see a dermatologist once a year to check for skin cancer because of all the chemo, cancer and transplant. I got nothing. A complete waste of tie. Today however I found the card from the REAL Dermatologist Dr M.B Shokravi I wish I'd found his card before. He's great and I just looked up his North Van office and there's a big item on the search page that states he's one of the top three Dermatologist's in North Van. So I' going to make my next years appointment with him .

I have Dr Ann Davis over 2 years. She is Excellent. Since I returned from Texas Houston, Galvesron, Corpus Christi from Baylor Medicine, Houston Methodist Hospital, and UTMD since 2002 to 2016. Before, I was a volunteer at Vancouver General, St Joseph, St Paul Hospital, North Vancouver Lions Gate Hospital and SFStrong. She is excellent like in St Paul Hospital (the Best 5 stars. And GFStrong Hospital).

Wow! Dr Davis is so great. I had an appointment with her recently, and was very impressed with her capabilities, and caring personality. She is very concise in her work and provides excellent results. Throughout the appointment, she took her time and made me feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a fantastic dermatologist, she is the one!

Dr. Davis is very professional, kind, smart and has a lot of background knowledge. Her staff are nice and her office offers cleanliness and efficientness. Her practices are painless and provide top quality service. I came in to see her a few years ago and have come back a few times over the past years. The first time I came I was not expecting much, but later was very pleasantly surprised. I had such a great experience. This that I wanted to share it on rate MD! when I came to the website I was surprised to see only three and a half stars! I found this outrageous, and think Dr. Davis deserves a full 5 stars. It seems odd to see bad reviews considering how much of a great person she is. After looking at many of the reviews I see a common occurrence of people claiming that, 'she did not spend enough time with me', or 'she came in for only 5 minutes', or 'she was gone before I even acknowledged her', or 'she didn't look at my extra spots or answer all my questions'. I see the frustration people may have with this, although all dermatologists and many dermatologists are like this. They do not have the time to sit there, chat with you, and look at all your spots that are irrelevant. This simply cannot be a lecture, but rather a quick time that Dr. Davis can look at your skin, diagnose the problem, and prescribe the medicine. There is no need for extra time. It is just wasting doctors time. I have seen other dermatologists in the past, and see no difference in time within the appointment. In fact, Dr. Davis is actually quite generous with the time she offers. I see a pattern after reading many of the bad reviews about Dr. Davis. at least ninety-five percent of the people leaving the bad reviews here are uneducated, uninformed, and criticizing unnecessary occurrences. It is so easy for anyone to go online (such as this website) and trash talk innocent people without even realizing the harm they may be causing. Take my word for it, I think Dr. Davis is an exceptional doctor and I highly recommend her as anyone's doctor.

Was in and out in 4 minutes! Didn't look at the skin area, just handed me a card to go to a private clinic for laser treatment. Waste of time.
