I found Dr Angelo to be so kind and empathetic. He is very easy to get along with and genuinely wants to help people.

Angelo is a negligent doctor. He will not help you if you require hospitalisation at any stage and will not disclose the full spectrum of your prescribed medications under his care to other doctors you wish to see. His controversial reputation in the psych community is warranted. This man is dangerous and you can find his same therapeutic options delivered by other doctors in a more holistic and clinically effective way. If you care about your health and need serious help, go anywhere else. This man will only make you sicker.

I have seen Dr Angelo for a number of years now (both in person and via Telehealth) and by every metric he is without a doubt in my my mind the most knowledgeable, ethical, humble, empathetic and compassionate medical specialists I have had the privilege of seeing. My situation is complicated by other health issues other than mental health and I engage with a number of specialists.

He is a rare gem in the medical profession that is increasingly becoming one where it is entirely profit driven instead of patient driven with an increasingly number of specialist and general practices being swallowed up by corporate enterprise or health funds. I have seen in Angelo a man that is deeply passionate and personally invested in nothing short of the pursuit of excellence in currently available options but also emerging ones that have in reality probably been known by medical professionals as being safe but also effective (albeit somewhat viewed as controversial by those with limited insight).

I have never had anything even remotely resembling some of the negative comments I have seen here about him.. Only the opposite. Indeed he goes the extra mile with Telehealth (once he gets to know you and where appropriate ) and in other ways that make my continued treatment under his careful watch accessible given my circumstances.

If you are willing to listen to his calm quiet advice and you have the patience and tenacity to follow through with his treatment advice I don’t doubt you will see the results you are seeking.

To the entire team he has put together I am deeply appreciative. It is because of Angelo’s relentless pursuit of excellence for the most humanitarian of values I am still here today.

Perhaps one day all medical practitioners and practices will embrace the flawless values of this remarkable team.

Truly understands mental health and one’s need for healing from within. Careful, appropriate advice offered in corrective and supportive natures. His treatment removes almost all other medications being taken and provides amazing symptom regression to absence. It requires much shadow work by the patient if the patient wishes to truly get better. Punctual, candid, insightful and incredibly knowledgeable.

I have seen Angelo for over 4 years now and he has made an enormous change in my life. I know there have been questions over ketamine.. but Angelo saw the impact it could have and was a leader far before others in Australia... because he knew it could make a difference in peoples lives - like mine. I have bipolar and ptsd. I have not been an easy patient to treat.. he has been kind, persistent, determined, creative, flexible, and caring. I have found occasionally he has faults that have been frustrating - all people do, but I would not abandon his treatment because of any occasional issues. Overall I believe he is (1) innovative, (2) insightful, (3) courageous to offer new solutions to patients, and (4) caring. Most psychiatrists do not meet those criteria above -- they are conformists and accept less than ideal treatments because they are 'standard'. Angelo is not for everyone.. his approach may not meet a variety of conditions in the best way.. but for me he has been a life changer and has been able to help me calm the dragons that have impacted my life one by one. I am grateful and would recommend him highly.

This treatment unquestionably saved my life and marriage (2 kids included). I commenced ketamine mind augmentation therapy for (each chronic) TR depression, PTSD, anxiety disorder, and fibromyalgia. After 25 years of fighting/suppressing suicidal impulses I am finally free from the associated torment of such thoughts. Having tried any and almost all conventional and nonconventional treatment options, after just 3 months of therapy I had found peace within due to significant reduction symptoms and their severity. I found faith again and look forward to the future instead of dreading growing old in pain.
For balance, and humbly, the talking treatment is largely a 1 size fits all model and I, unfortunately, was not of the mold required by Angelo.
In summary, if you are enduring any chronic mental illness or pain disorder, this is the therapy for you. Thank you, Your Healthy Mind.

Very dangerous person! Arrogant, rude, know it all! Gave me a very damaging report years ( ago after seeing me only twice), that was very far from the truth and what was going on with me and I am still trying to lrecover from it! He has no empathy at all just a moron who should not be allowed to practice!
