Her office books appointments without telling you... And then a week before the actual appointment they call and confirm... If I'm waiting months for a follow up I'd like to know the date so that.i can be sure I can make it. I've been seeing her for almost two years and I honestly feel more confused about my health than before I saw her. I'm hopeful to switch soon.

This doctor has no knowledge about anything medical related. I had an apptm and when she wanted to precribe something I was not sure I want, I asked if physiotherapy would work before doing that to which she rudely responded: Do whatever you want!" I told her: I was shocked, but I said: I am asking you as I am here and you should know. She said the same thing again. That was all, maybe 10 min time. And then she said that she will book me another apptm a year later, which I definetely didn't want. I rcvd the email, cancelled rigth away. Still I got another email (reminder?). I called and confirmed cancellation of this apptm. I would NEVER reccommed this person to anyone!

To begin with, the office staff were VERY helpful in finding me a cancellation appointment for which I was so grateful. The entire experience with front staff and physician was wonderful. Physician is quick but very thorough. I found her understanding of the pain I was in and treated me like a knowledgeable professional which I most appreciated. Thankful to be under her care now.

My experience was the opposite of some of the ratings on this page. I found her personable, patient and helpful. She explained everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a professional manner. The intake questionnaire did ask about whether I had a drug plan, as someone else noted, but it was one of a couple of dozen questions and frankly I see it as a relevant question. In my case there is going to be follow-up after some blood tests etc, and if I have to see Dr Mulgund again I will be very comfortable with that.

First question from staff was Do you have a drug plan? and 2nd was Where is your pharmacy? The whole Consult appt was a 20 minute phone call and the only question she asked was about eczema, which I don't have, since she seemed to want to diagnose psoriatic arthritis. I was previously diagnosed with fibromyalgia by my family doc and hoped to have that confirmed, or another diagnosis given and treatment plan. At the beginning of the phone appt she was madly typing away, although not asking me questions, so no idea what she was typing. Then she told me throw fibromyalgia and any chronic pain diagnosis off the table, they don't exist. Nothing can be done for osteoarthritis, throw that off the table too. I should eat better, sleep better (I'd love to if I wasn't in pain all night), don't dwell on unpleasant things, and have more fun! Told me she'd send in a rx, but wouldn't tell me the name of the drug until I really insisted, then it was a drug I had taken before and had bad side effects from. oh well, pills aren't for everyone she said. No alternative, no follow up. When I asked about a further appt, she seemed quite surprised and said well if I wanted I could call back in 4 or 6 months. I was told to look things up online, she didn't have time to discuss. The whole thing was discouraging and a waste of health care money.

Awful woman. Made me feel horrible about myself. Wouldn't provide me a diagnosis until I took the medication that I wasn't comfortable with.

The nastiest person I have ever had the misfortune to interact with. Burst into my hospital room at 3am and basically accused me of being a drug seeker without any basis whatsoever. I would never ever go near this evil woman.

I very much appreciated getting a diagnosis and a plan for treatment. She ordered tests and xrays and I feel confident that she will monitor me closely. I found her to be friendly and knowledgeable.
