Pretty disappointed with my second visit. . thanks .

I did not see her in person for 3 years due to the pandemic. She made a few 3-minute, rushed phone call appointments with me during that time. Never answered any of my questions. When she did, she made you feel stupid for asking. Heartless. Did not care about my health. When I finally came in-person, I told her I had to go to the walk-in clinic as I was not feeling well and she obnoxiously said “go get treated at the walk-in then”. Absolutely rude, careless, and waste of time. Save your time, energy, and HEALTH and go elsewhere.

She’s rude, uncaring and offers no clarity. Rushes you out of her office. Wait 6 months for a 2 minute visit. She diagnosed me and didn’t tell me her diagnosis. Had to find out from another doctor. You call the office and it rings and rings.

Took my child here - big mistake. This doctor is ageist and ableist. She definitely should not be in a profession treating arthritis with that mindset. Very rude and cold, as well.

Save your life and long term health by going to a different rheumatologist. Dr. Jaroszynska does not care about your health and wellbeing and your health success.

This office has communications transparency as murky as the bottom of Lake Ontario. When you call, 90% of time phone rings and rings. Then it says "answering machine off." If you are lucky enough to have your call picked up, you'll get the very rushed very unfriendly receptionist. Better talk quickly! - >Welcome to medicine in Ontario 2023 <-

Save your heath and your time by avoiding her, and find yourself a different rheumatologist.

Rude. What’s that medication?? It’s my age that is causing the pain. Ridiculous.

She was cold and unsympathetic. We found her to be very rushed, and not friendly at all. Felt like she had no compassion, and did not smile at all.

I have no doubt that Dr. j knows exactly what she is doing but her bedside manner is poor. I feel she is interested in inflammatory arthritis and basically left me high and dry with no easy access to osteoarthritis treatment by flipping me back to family MD. I will have to look for someone else to give me cortisone injections and she mentioned I may need a surgeon for my bakers cysts but did not elaborate. I asked a couple of questions which were poorly answered. I gave 37 years to patients as an RN so I feel frustrated by this lack of consideration. I would keep looking if referred to her if you value a conversation with your MD.
