As others have said in their reviews, Dr Mulgund has very poor communication skills for a doctor, in that she is rude, impatient, unsympathetic and a poor listener. It is shocking how rude she is. She is not well suited to be a health care practitioner.

I don't know why this doctor is not rated 5s across the board. She has been a life saver for me. I went 12 years in pain and saw numerous Rheumatologists in London and Hamilton. Finally my family doctor said "let's start from the beginning and sent me to Dr. Mulgund. After about 3 months of doing infusions at her office i was starting to feel so much better. I could actually walk without alot of pain. I am so thankful each and every day. I've had many appointments and not once was the office in disarray. It is always neat and clean. She has never been rude and I've never felt rushed.

Very terrible experience. This doctor has zero bedside manner. She is abrupt and rude. When asked questions she mocks me and makes fun of my condition. I had to make an appointment with my family dr to ask the questions I needed to. She is quick to get in to see and no wonder. The good ones have waitlists. Her office is a mess on top of it.

The most horrible experience! I called for an appointment because I was in severe pain and needed help. When I came in all she did was scold me for trying to get in to see her saying I can't "push my way in". All I was doing was trying to coordinate the best time at her earliest convenience! (????) Has zero empathy for patients who are suffering. Not at all knowledgeable and seems pretty disgusted when examining the problem areas (it was jusy my leg). Aren't doctors supposed to examine closely? Don't understand how she is still a rheumatologist! I received no help from her at all. During the appointment too all she does is type on her little computer. I would rather suffer in pain than see her again. She is much more painful to be around. Don't see this awful woman for your issues.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr.!!! My 1st appt. with her, she barely acknowledged me in the room and spent 15 minutes typing notes on the computer - on the previous patient? She certainly wasn't talking to me during this time and when she finally graced me with her attention, she was condescending and rude. I went there for pain, my blood tests showed that my pain levels were beyond high and her response, they could be higher! Even told me that I didn't need to take Advil or Aleve for pain! What is wrong with this woman? She has NO clue on how to be the least bit helpful to a patient, seeing her was a complete waste of time and have never been back!!!

saw this Dr again after 5 years. totally denied ever diagnosing me with an auto-immune condition back then. her report had/has cost me insurance due to this diagnoses. she had advised me to research it myself as its too "complex" to explain in one appt. told me I will require meds later in life but should manage for now. very rude and abrupt. more concerned with the extra weight than the reason I went to see her. no treatment suggested/given - other than lose weight. remember why I waited 5 years to go see her again. wont be making that mistake again!

Very knowledgeable,nice, and thorough doctor. I feel very fortunate to have her as a doctor to help solve my complex medical issue. Her receptionist is also very helpful and nice.

This was my worst experience with a doctor. She was rude and condescending. I’m slightly overweight but all she went on about was my weight. I had diagnosis from other doctors and she through them out the door. I have been dealing with issues severely for 2 years, conditions for over 10 yrs. all of a sudden things got severely worse with me about 3 months ago and she was dismissive about that too. She didn’t want to hear anything and would say that’s not my issue to deal with. I left there so angry and broken-hearted. I would definitely recommend you see a different rheumatologist. I have always said when I seen bad reviews maybe that person or doctor was having a bad day, but this was totally disgusting how she treated me.
