Dr. Karim was very nice and seemed to have an amazing grasp of the research but her communication skills and ability to develop a trusting relationship with my mother and my myself was lacking. She was not returning pages/ phone calls and then provided advice about some treatment options, the cost and benefi, etc., that was slanted, at best and flat wrong at worst. What is more troubling is that she never took responsibility for these actions and would blame them on faulty technology or staff.
