Dr. Mutch can come across as judgemental -- we had read information about a possible treatment for our children's special needs, and we were seeking her knowledge on the issue. It came across that she thought we were silly for considering it. She finally agreed to refer us to a nutritionist to discuss it further. However, she does care about the kids and conveys she wants to do what's best for them. She doesn't always provide the information around 'why' she thinks it is best for them.

Cheryl is very compassionate and honestly cares. she is a NICE DOCTOR that you can ACTUALLY TALK TO. she is friendly and warm.

We are new to Burnaby, and Dr. Mutch has been a conscientious doctor to our son's special needs. I highly recommend her.

Was excellent at getting my newborn admitted asap hospital when she was sick with RSV. At a time like that, I appreciate a business-like manner. She also let us stay in the hospital an extra day, which put my worries to rest. It is hard having a sick newborn at home.

She has very poor beside manners. You would think a pediatrician would handle babies better. I understand she needs to poke around and press but she could be gentle. Just because a baby can't speak is not an excuse to abuse them. If she examined an adult as coursely as she did an infant there would surely be complaints. She also recommended Vitamin D but was unable to provide the dosage she said simply 1 ml. I asked of what concentration? She just said of whatever they had at the pharmacy. A new parent looks to their Pediatrician for help and guidance. She provided very little.
