This guy is truly a scumbag... My mother woke up in a hospital with him having already worked on her... he was outside her insurance and apparently no one decided to check on that while she was unconscious. He billed her the full amount... won't settle for any less even after she payed him 250$ and is now suing my mother for the full amount and attorney fees. She had no option on who could work on her and did not have the ability to check whether he was covered on her insurance yet he seems to have no heart or ethics.
Something should be able to be done about this
