Very nice and I was pleased with the visit. The staff was pleasant.

Medical staff and doctor were wonderful. The receptionists could use some customer service training and training on dealing with this type of clientele. Talking down to clients on the phone is never appropriate. And talking poorly about clients in an open waiting room is also not appropriate.

I’m moving out of Shelton but I’m keeping her as my doctor. I’ll drive the 30 minutes to be able to continue her care & her staff is also great.
