lack of care I was receiving. Michelle Kim informed me my labs came back showing my TSH levels were high and that I needed to have an ultrasound on my thyroid. My ultrasound sound results would be sent to Michelle within 2 business days. When I didn’t hear back I first confirmed with the ultrasound office that she had been given my results 3 days prior. I called Michelle’s office and was told that someone would return my call that day to go over my results. No one ever returned my call. I called the next day and was told that some one would call me that day. Michelle returned my call and said I had a nodule on my thyroid and that she would refer me to doctor to have a biopsy scheduled. After a week and hearing from no one, I called Michelle’s office. The nurse told me Michelle did not send a referral and that she would call her and have her make the request. I followed up and the nurse gave me the number of the place she referred me to. After 5 days and hearing nothing I called the biopsy office and they had no referral from my doctor and upon further questioning also informed me that their office does not preform biopsies on thyroids and gave me the number for the ENT department one floor down. I called the ENT office and they had no referral. Thinking there must be a mix up I got their fax number and explained the situation to the nurse at Michelle’s office and provided her the fax number I was given. She told me she would send the referral immediately and I told her I would call the biopsy office in 15 to make sure they got it. She said okay and just hung up. I followed up as I said I would with the biopsy office and was told they never received the referral so I called and left a message for the nurse telling her they had not gotten the referral and at this point offered to drive and pickup the referral so I could drop it off at the biopsy office myself. It’s currently the next day and Michelle’s office has not returned my call and when I called to speak to Kim they told me to try again tomorrow. Today I made an appointment with a new doctor. Although the chances are slim, it’s been stressful getting the news that you need a biopsy done to rule out cancer. I’ve been very patient and have not been rude through out this ordeal. This doctors office has made me feel uncared for and treated me with no respect. They are very unorganized and have never offered an apology for the mixup. Im not expecting to hear from them again.

Great Place--not a big Corporate Machine like some of the Urgent Cares here--individualized attention. This will be my go to place!

Long waits, rude and unprofessional staff, PA's and MD's are terrible
