Biography

Dr. Kadakia is a board certified and glaucoma fellowship trained physician and surgeon. He has been in practice since 2004 and has served as the department head with Cigna Health in Phoenix and for Mayo Clinic Health System in Wisconsin. Dr. Kadakia also served as an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the University of Washington in Seattle/VA Puget Sound as a clinical and surgical resident instructor. Dr. Kadakia attended medical school at USC and completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic’s Cole Eye Institute. He then went on to pursue his interest in glaucoma with a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania’s Scheie Eye Institute.
