Wonderful Doctor! I had a hysterectomy and she did a beautiful job. Returned to work in two weeks. Very compassionate, funny and totally gets who I am and how I want to direct what happens with my body. Very good bedside manner. Highly recommend!

She delivered my son via c-section. I had 3 miscarriages after that. By the 3rd I had switched doctors. According to the second doctor I have severe scarring on my uterus that could only be caused by the c-section, a fact that Dr.Dickason faiked to mention to me or in her reports on the previous miscarriages. My husband and I have given up on trying for a second child and I'm pretty sure she is the cause. Also the lab there mixes up my results and first told me I didn't have gestational diabetes only to call me back a week later to tell me I did! Terrible, cannot trust anyone there.

I was 30 minutes early to the appointment, but had forgotten my family history. The staff let me fill in my info on the computer, but the computer stopped and I had to start again. I finished at 2:33 (my appointment was at 2:30). By the time the receptionist looked up at me, it was 2:40. She said she would "check" with the doctor but I should be ok because they give a 15 minute grace period. I sat and waited another 10 minutes. At that point,she told me the doctor needed to reschedule for Monday. I said no, it seemed the doctor really didn't want to see me. I was early, forgot some paperwork, finished that 3 minutes after my appointment time, and that wasn't good enough?!? That is unprofessional, unreasonable, inconsiderate and terrible customer service.

I did not like my experience with Dr. Dickson's office. As a person, I find her to be extremely personable and likeable. She is very informative and patient. I had a surgery with Dr. Dickason. Afterwards I developed an infection and called her office to be seen. The first words from her staff was no because I forgot to pay my $20 deductible from the last visit - not a "did you know you had an outstanding balance of.....or we can schedule you and while you're here you need to take care of the $20 deductible that missed last time" Just sorry, you didn't pay so we can't see you. I ended up going to to another doctor - not because I couldn't afford the $20 deductible but because of the way her staff treated me. I hope she receives better service. Her staff is not indicative of her outstanding character.

Dr. Dickason really cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, she offers good advice, she goes the extra mile, respects your views, and she's compassionate and gentle.
