Dr. Gainey is by far the best doctor I have been to in a long time. He is attentive, professional and puts you completely at ease. He explains everything you need to know and takes his time. Excellent bedside manner. His staff, Susan and Fee are great. Appointment was easy to make and took me promptly. Would highly recommend him!

I've been trying to locate Dr. Gainey since he left the practice in Somerset.I had always found him to be caring, attentive, and intelligent. I have not yet seen him at this office.

Dr. Gainey has left the practice. Still waiting to see where he moved to. I dread seeking another neuro. I have not heard too many good things about his former partners.

He is nice, but misdiagnosed me for 3 years delaying the diagnosis of my brain tumor which i finally got from a doctor in NY. His nurse Cathy is useless. Made many mistakes.

Has wonderful knowledge and bedside manner, never dismisses any info. fights for you to get coverage for medication with insurance company and gives you samples if need be. up to date on the most recent drugs and treatments. I have chronic, severe, hard to treat migraines. I have been told that his partners leave much to be desired. I will only see Dr. Gainey if he is away, I will wait tili can get in to see him

Dr. Gainey is a wonderful doctor. He listened to all of my complaints, not just the ones pertaining to my head. He suggested multiple other doctors that may help my other problems instead of just dismissing them. He is always reminding me I can call him at any time if I have problems. He works well with me, in terms of checking my medication levels and progress. Unfortunately for me, I have been unsuccessful for most migraine treatments, and am finally going to have Dr. Gainey try Botox on me. I trust his opinions totally, and I know I can trust him. His staff can mess up sometimes, so I now have to always double check that my appointment is on the correct day and time and with Dr. Gainey instead of one of his coworkers.

My husband had been to another nuerologist and he diagnosed my husband with a seizure disorder and put him on harsh siezure meds. We decided to get a second opinion and found through additional testing and looking at my husbands history and not just numbers on a test that he did not have a seizure disorder he had a basil migraine.
