This Dr does know what he's talking about. Very specific in explaining everything and talked about outcomes pros and cons. I like the idea that he'll get out his little models of ears, throats and explain everything to you. Im book for surgery and Im 100% sure that I'm in great hands....

We were amazed by the caring manor that Dr. Banerjee treated our father . I have never met a Dr. like this , we never felt rushed always took time to answer our questions .

Dr. Banerjee is a wonderfully empathetic surgeon. He respects his patients and their issues and advises, but does not impose his decisions on them. I have never felt rushed and he always welcomes questions. He makes use of up to date medical technology in his office to streamline his information about patients. The reason I gave 4 stars to "staff" is that it is hard to get through over the phone. One has to leave a message and get called back. But Danielle the receptionist is always polite and warm. I would highly recommend Dr. Banerjee as a surgeon.

Dr. Banerjee diagnosed me with a thyroid cancer and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and treat the problem. I found him to be very knowledgeable and his receptionist is so sweet. She helped ease my mind time and time again and was so patient with me. Willing to go above and beyond. The wait times are long, but I believe thats just because his office is so well run and he is so good.

Dr. Banerjee is an amazing surgeon. He is extremely kind and his office is very organized. I love his receptionist and she is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help patients out. Wait times can be a bit long at times but I believe his office is worth the wait! I recommend him to every one.

I followed the directions given to me in my referral about possible wait times etc. I had an amazing experience! He is knowledgeable and personable, very open and explained everything. I had my deviated septum repaired perfectly. After I woke from surgery I felt amazing, no pain, no nausea, NO bruising! He is a wonderful doctor and an amazing surgeon. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family, and my nephew is seeing him soon! He also treated our son when he was 5 months old, he was amazing with him, you can really tell he has children of his own by the way he interacts with little ones.
I am now 4 days post-surgery, and his assistant has been wonderful helping me obtain new/more prescriptions. Feeling great over here!

Our son with special needs was seen by doctor for hearing evaluation. I distinctly remember we were kept waiting for 40 minutes past our appointment time. I was not impressed that when explaining things, he kept saying "kids like this" and tried to lump all kids with this diagnosis together when in fact, they are each very different from each other. He operated, put in tubes, and then we never heard from him again. No follow up, no check up, nothing. It was not until 3 years later when our son needed to have tonsils/adenoids removed that we found out from another ENT that there should have been a follow up afterwards.

He is a wonderful doctor. He treated my nasal problems and explained everything so I knew exactly what was going on. Whoever said his secretary is careless and disrespectful was either a jerk, or there was some one else there that day. I've been going to him for years, and she has always been polite and caring and right on top of everything, even the most ridiculous requests people have for her. I would recomend Dr. Banerjee and his staff to any one.
