I waited for 1 1/2 hours in a jammed waiting room. She rushed in checked me out, stuck a tube up my nose and down my throat. Told me I have Laryngeal Dysphonia. Throat muscle contract due to stress. Hurts A lot!! She offered no advice except telling me to “ Stop worrying” as she waltzed out the door. Totally dismissive, unhelpful, unfriendly and to be honest… kind of nasty. Maybe it’s because she’s over worked? Like everyone in the hospital? Thanks to budget cuts and that Doug Ford? Or is it Rob Ford. One brother or the other. I can’t tell the difference. They’re both corrupt. Anyway, here’s the kicker… I actually worked in the hospital at the time of this appointment. Whatever. I would never recommend her.

Dr.Zirkle was unwilling to go the extra mile to help me. During my first appointment , she wrote me a prescription and told me to come back in 3 months. I ended up coming back in 5 weeks because what she prescribed me did not work. During our second appointment she pretty much shrugged and said there's nothing else she could do. No CT scan , no referral- nothing. I ended up going to another ENT who was much more helpful. Avoid if possible.

Met with Dr. Zirkle and was rushed out of the office on 3 occasions over the course of 18 months. Got maybe 20 minutes of facetime total for a problem that has ailed me for 2 years. Took eleven months to book an MRI, and her staff wouldn't tell me when it was scheduled even after it was booked. Waited three months for a followup where she told me nothing and rejected every comment or question I had. Still dealing with the same problem after being told there's nothing she can do beyond getting a second opinion, which I'm sure I won't be able to schedule for another two years. Seemed to have no desire to help me or find the cause of my problem. Not sure what she got out of med school beyond the ability to prescribe a useless nasal spray.

This doctor did my first septorhinoplasty back in 2007, a surgery that was supposed to have taken 45 mins and could have been done as a closed procedure took way longer and it was done as an open septorhinoplasty. Post-op there wasn't much follow up and the breathing got worse, which she told me would improve over time. Reader, let me tell you, it did not improve. If anything as the nose "healed" things got worse.
This year, I finally saved up enough to go see a different ENT surgeon who after looking at my scans had to refer me to another ENT who specialises in complex cases to see what could be done. I had to have a revision done because the job she did was so bad, it complicated an already complicated issue. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the easiest to 10 being the hardest, my case was classified around an 8 or 9 for the revision given the amount of scar tissue that was there following my first surgery. If I could sue for malpractice after all this time, I would. Buyer beware...

I have been seeing Dr. Molly Zirkle for many years for nasal polyps and now I also have tubes in my ears. She is very kind and a very good ENT, I would recommend to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional. She told me the 1st visit I need surgery. The 2nd visit told me that she never said that. She can't do anything for me. She only read the cat scan report never saw the image. Told me to contact my family doctor. She left the room went to see someone else even though we never finished the visit. She was very aggressive in her approach. Told me She never received the email from my doctor as they did find it. Go somewhere else not worth your time. Doctors need to care for their patients not dismissed them

Honestly, one of the loveliest doctors I've ever seen! She was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful, and explained everything in detail. I don't understand any of the negative reviews at all.

I had visited Dr. Zirkle recently and she wanted to examine my nose and throat using a probe. I told her it wasn’t a good idea as I have an inflammatory disorder and any invasive procedure causes infections and/or complications. She dismissed what I said and carried on with her procedure. A day later, I have come down with a very painful sinus and tooth infection and am in excruciating pain and have swelling all over my face. Why cannot doctors listen to their patients as the patients know their bodies well and every patient reacts differently. I regret going to her as she has caused more suffering for me.
