Worst pediatric physician I have ever met. Condescending, belittling and constantly making fun of my child. Instead of bullying, maybe he could consider assisting with solutions. I have never met a doctor who was so repulsive.

We were referred to Dr. R for nighttime bed wetting with my 8 yr old son. I can appreciate that some may find him a bit abrupt or condescending, but I liked him and his dry sense of humour, and I found him to be very supportive. Also, his solution WORKS. It’s a lot of work for the parents but put the effort in and both you and your child will be rewarded. He always gives you his undivided attention (your appointment is the only one in his office at that time and you’re with him for the entire period,) and he includes the child his discussions. He always provides you with written notes and feedback at the end of every session. I can’t speak highly enough about this man. Believe in his philosophy and follow his methods - don’t make excuses!

We found him rude and condescending. Not at all pleased with our experience, especially in regards to his respect towards parents. Our confidence in his diagnoses is low, mainly because he was so dismissive of our observations. As a result, we would not recommend being referred to this Dr.

He saved our sanity - Thank you Dr. Robson! After having horrible and rude service at the AB Children's hospital it was a relief to find a doctor and staff that actually cares about children.

Dr Robson is awful. He belittled the child that was being seen prior to us and was making fun of him in our appointment. He only has three suggestions for children - drink more water, eat more fibre and use restoralax. After a couple of years of following Dr Robsons protocols, my son was worse than when we started. Maybe Dr Robsons suggestions for helping with nighttime wetting would work but he is working outside his scope when children have constipation issues and encopresis. We are now seeing doctors at the children's hospital and are finally seeing improvements. I wish I had started at the childrens instead of wasting years on Dr. Robsons outdated suggestions. Please do not see this doctor is your child has constipation issues!!

I am surprised at the comments. I found him to be opinionated and he did not seem happy that I had questioned one of his suggestions. I found him to be close minded and not very open in his approach. A 2 hour consult was too long, in particular for a 5 year old boy. That much time was not needed and a lot of the stuff was repetitive and could have been covered sooner. I came out feeling like I didn't get a real solution to the problem.

He is simply outstanding. Truly a wonderful specialist that is very thorough, keen to help and offers solutions. My family is blessed that we got in to see him and are so thankful for all his office does for us. Appointments are not double booked, he doesn't ever end up hours behind, you are the priority and it's so thorough - all possible details covered. Thank you, Dr. Robson!!!

Dr. Robson is a wonderful doctor, and I am so very thankful for everything he did for our 9 year old daughter! After our first appointment with him, my daughter declared that she loved him, he talked TO her, not just about her. It was almost a 6 month wait for our first appointment, but I am so glad that we took the appointment, I really can't say enough about him!

The care and support you get from the whole office is outstanding. Our daughter had bladder problems for 13 years. After 6 months Dr.Robson had her cured. We cannot say how much his care and concern meant to us all.
